After all, the Police have informed Cindy that her Christmas Day attacker was probably someone close to home...
While Cindy continues to hide out at No.25, Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) makes it clear that he wants her OUT!
She'll have to find somewhere else to stay.
Cindy is definitely not welcome at the Beale house after the sordid details of her affair with Junior Knight (Micah Balfour) were exposed at Christmas.
However, Cindy is in for a surprise when her now ex-fiance, Ian (Adam Woodyat), wants to talk!
Is there any chance that Ian can start to forgive Cindy for cheating on him?
As Sonia Jackson's (Natalie Cassidy) trial gets underway, her fiance Reiss and family members, Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and Martin Fowler (James Bye), head to court to support her.
Still dealing with his own guilt for landing pregnant Sonia behind bars in the first place, Reiss unexpectedly causes a disturbance in court which has huge consequences!
Wanting to do what's best for her unborn baby, Sonia makes a SHOCK decision...
Martin and his ex-wife, Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton), are all loved-up now that they are officially back together.
However, it's becoming clear that Ruby is secretly jealous of the time Martin has been spending with his other ex-wife, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).
Stacey has been helping market trader Martin with his plan to help save Bridge Street Market.
Worried about the livelihood of him and his friends, Martin decides to call a meeting and confront the Council about their redevelopment plans.
Tuesday
Bianca Jackson has been trapped inside a lock-up since before Christmas
Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) took Bianca captive after she discovered the terrible truth that it was him who murdered his ex-wife, Debbie.
And NOT Bianca's pregnant sister, Sonia (Natalie Cassidy), who is currently standing trial, accused of Debbie's murder!
After the dramatic turn of events in court, Reiss visits Bianca at the lock-up and breaks down when he reveals all about Sonia's predicament.
Seeing Reiss in such a broken, emotional state, will Bianca manage to convince him to confess ALL before the situation gets any worse?

George Knight (Colin Salmon) is determined to talk to his ex-wife, Cindy.
But things get heated when Ian suspects George is trying to turn Cindy against him.
George returns to the Vic in a rage.
And his mood doesn't improve when he makes a SHOCK discovery in the pub's barrel store that stops him in his tracks...
At the Community Centre, the residents of Albert Square are up-in-arms as they prepare to confront the Council over plans to redevelop Bridge Street Market.
Councillor Barker makes an appearance to explain what's going on.
Unfortunately, Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) ignites the situation when she starts to publicly argue with Councillor Barker!
Will all of Martin Fowler's (James Bye) hard work and planning be ruined by his ex-wife Ruby's angry outburst?
Wednesday
There's a terrible possibility that Sonia Jackson could be sent to prison for a crime she didn't commit
Sonia is on trial, accused of murdering her fiance, Reiss Colwell's (Jonny Freeman) ex-wife, Debbie, last year.
But little does she know, it was Reiss who really suffocated Debbie.
And now he is holding Sonia's sister, Bianca (Patsy Palmer), captive after she confronted him about his crime...
Sonia's ex-husband, Martin Fowler (James Bye), and her uncle, Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), are back in court as Sonia prepares to accept her fate...
But WHAT will happen when Reiss suddenly arrives in court at the very last moment?
Is he about to cause another disruption?
Callum Highway (Tony Clay) and Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley) decide to join forces to arrange a belated birthday party for Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) at the Vic.
But is this a good idea considering Phil's recent reluctance to spend time with his nearest and dearest?
As Phil's ex-wife, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), and the rest of the Mitchell clan gather at the pub to wait for Phil, will Nigel be the bearer of bad news?
Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) feels bad after her clash with Councillor Barker (Iain Fletcher) during the meeting of the market traders at the Community Centre.
Has she further jeopardised the future of Bridge Street Market with her angry outburst?
Ruby is determined to make things right, especially with her market trader ex-husband, Martin.
After another run-in with Councillor Barker at the Minute Mart, Ruby has an idea of her next move...
Thursday
Things are getting tense between the members of the Knight family
After Elaine Peacock (played by Harriet Thorpe) and her husband, George (Colin Salmon), made a SHOCK discovery earlier in the week they've been pointing the finger of suspicion at each other.
Are George's daughters, Anna (Molly Rainford) and Gina (Francesca Henry), also involved in the drama at the Vic?
Could this have anything to do with the Christmas Day attack on Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins)?
Anna and Gina's relationship with both George and Elaine is put to the test and things get tense...
But there's more drama and suspicion to come when Anna accidentally overhears a clandestine conversation between her sister and garage mechanic, Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway), over at the Arches...
Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) remains worried about Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley).
Nigel recently confided in Yolande that he has been diagnosed with dementia.
It was the reason he returned to Walford for the first time in over 20 years before Christmas, in order to be reminded of his past.
Yolande invites Nigel to join her at church.
But he remains more concerned about his long-time friend, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), than his own health problems...
Why does Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) sit down with Councillor Barker (Iain Fletcher)?
Ruby clashed with the Council man during a meeting at the Community Centre over plans to try and save Bridge Street Market.
Ruby realises she has messed things up for her market trader ex-husband, Martin Fowler (James Bye).
Now she is determined to put things right.
But the question is, will Martin approve of her risky plan?

EastEnders has revealed that there will be new suspicions about Anna and Gina Knight next week, as Cindy Beale?s attack plot continues to unfold.
After being hit by a mystery attacker on Christmas Day, Cindy finally woke up from her coma last week, which has already caused trouble for those under suspicion.
In Monday's episode, Lauren was arrested for attempted murder ? but the case might not be closed just yet, especially as her arrest was based on Cindy?s statement to the police.
Later this week, Cindy is released from hospital, and Peter tries to find her a place to stay, managing to trick Reiss into letting her have his spare room.
In scenes that will air next week, Cindy ignores Peter?s calls, not knowing who to trust anymore. Her situation gets worse when Reiss tells her that she needs to find a new place to live.
Peter is concerned about his mum?s wellbeing, and his worries become clear when he ends up snapping at Kathy.
Ian calls round to speak to Cindy and the pair have an open and honest conversation. He convinces her to come to The Vic, but when she arrives, Elaine, George and Gina tell her exactly what they think of her.
While the Knights begin to question Ian?s motives, Gina and Anna persuade their dad to speak to Cindy for the first time since the attack.
However, Ian doesn?t let George speak to his partner, so Elaine comes up with a new plan. She lures Ian to The Vic, but he soon realises he has been tricked and discovers George trying to turn Cindy against him.
George lashes out at Ian during an confrontation between the pair. He then returns to The Vic with Elaine and heads to the barrel store to release his anger ? but while there, he makes a big discovery.
Elaine and George are shocked by what they find and point the finger at one another which creates tension. Suspicion then falls on Anna and Gina, and they decide to question the girls.
The dramatic events of the week test Anna and Gina?s relationships with George and Elaine. Anna also makes a discovery of her own when she overhears a secret chat between Gina and Harry at The Arches.
Are Anna and Gina hiding secrets about Cindy?s attack?

EastEnders? Bianca Jackson is set to make a new plan amid Sonia Fowler?s big decision about her future.
Sonia is currently in prison for the murder of Reiss Colwell?s wife Debbie, but it is Reiss who was responsible for her death.
Monday?s episode saw Sonia prepare for her all-important trial, panicking that she will have to give birth in prison. Reiss missed her first appearance in court as he was visiting Bianca, who he has held captive in a lock-up.
Reiss? actions later this week will mean that court is temporarily adjourned, so Sonia is left in limbo for a while longer.
In scenes that will air next week, Martin, Jack and Reiss head to the court to support Sonia as her trial is set to continue. But things get out of hand once again when Reiss causes a scene.
While Reiss faces serious consequences for his disruption, Sonia is forced to think about her future and her baby, which leads her to make a big decision.
Later, Reiss pays Bianca another visit at the lock-up and breaks down in front of her, explaining the important update about Sonia.
Bianca is shocked by what she is told and makes it clear to Reiss that he needs to own up to his crime and confess to Debbie?s murder once and for all.
As Reiss is leaving, Bianca makes one final attempt to stop him and reveals that she has come up with a new idea which could help solve the situation.
Bianca sets out her plan, it seems that she has managed to appeal to Reiss. However, she slips up during her explanation and Reiss promptly leaves her trapped in the lock-up.
Back in Walford, Ruby notices Reiss? distress and comforts him before giving some advice. Her wise words resonate with Reiss and inspire him to make a decision.
Jack and Martin return to the court and can only watch on as Sonia prepares to accept her fate. But there is a twist in store, as Reiss arrives at the last minute and interrupts proceedings again.
Will Reiss confess to murder?

EastEnders has confirmed the verdict in Sonia Fowler?s murder trial, in the show?s latest episode.
This week, Sonia decided to change her plea to guilty, concerned about the impact the stressful trial was having on her unborn baby.
Bianca, still trapped in the lock-up, told Reiss that she would confess to killing Debbie and then disappear forever, in a desperate bid to get Sonia out of prison.
Reiss followed this plan and disturbed the court with the new evidence, but he was told that the jury will still have to reach a verdict ? so he smuggled the video to one of the jury members.
In today?s episode, Reiss was invited to The Vic to have a drink with Sonia?s friends ahead of the verdict in court. When Kat asked to see the video of Bianca?s confession, convinced that her friend wasn?t a killer, things got tense with Reiss.
As Reiss waited for the jury to come to a decision, Debbie?s mother Brenda confronted him and told him that she couldn?t wait for Sonia to be found guilty.
But when the jury returned to court, it was announced that Sonia had been found not guilty of Debbie?s murder, to the delight of Reiss and the horror of Brenda.
Now a free woman, Sonia was reunited with Reiss and they headed to The Vic for a celebration with her loved ones.
But she remained confused about how Bianca could have killed Debbie, and Kat?s suspicions grew further when Reiss tripped up about having a copy of the confession video.
Back at home, Sonia spoke about the kindness of Bianca to take the rap for her. Reiss then explained that in the video, she had revealed details only the killer would know, so she couldn?t have been making it up.
With Sonia keen to get in touch with her sister, Reiss returned to the lock-up and told Bianca that he was no longer letting her go, leaving her distraught.
"Me and Sonia are going to be together with our baby," he said, "and I won?t let anything, or anyone, stand in our way. I won?t let anything destroy it."
Will Bianca ever be able to escape, and will Kat manage to get to the truth about Reiss?
it's ridiculous for his behaviour the judge didn't lock up reiss
