    Exclamation Emmerdale Spoilers 4th - 8th October 2024

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/emm...ttack-mystery/

Emmerdale airs some mysterious scenes for Tom King next week as he's spotted with unexplained injuries.

The villain currently remains at the centre of major tensions in the village after his wife Belle exposed his abusive and violent behaviour.

So far, the police have been unable to charge Tom with any crime, claiming that there's not enough evidence.

This has infuriated the Dingle family, who are growing increasingly frustrated over the lack of justice for Belle.

Next week, the storyline continues as Laurel Thomas finds Tom in a bad way outside the church.

Tom is covered in blood and claims that he has been attacked. However, he refuses to go to A&E to be checked over and he also declines to involve the police.

The strange incident spooks Tom's uncle Jimmy, who starts to worry about his nephew's safety with so many villagers furious with him.

Although Jimmy has started to doubt the schemer's innocence by this point, his hostility quickly vanishes as he promises to keep supporting Tom.

Jimmy is also quick to accuse Sam Dingle of being responsible for Tom's injuries, but is he on the right track or is there another explanation?

The following day, there's a further incident as the villagers gather for the annual November 5 bonfire.

Tom is disgusted when he realises that the 'Guy' being thrown onto the bonfire has been deliberately made to share his likeness.

As the familiar-looking Guy burns in the flames, the Dingles wind up Tom by each claiming to be responsible for the stunt.

Tom feels intimidated by the family's united front and he loses his cool by taking it out on his new girlfriend Amelia Spencer.

As Aaron steps in to deal with the situation, are the tables finally starting to turn against Tom?

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Monday, November 4 and Tuesday, November 5 on ITV1 and ITVX.

Emmerdale's Ross Barton and Billy Fletcher both face menacing threats from newcomer Jade next week.

The boxing rivals are put under pressure to go head-to-head in another illegal fight ? with Jade refusing to take no for an answer.

Viewers have just seen Ross make a surprise return as Billy's opponent in one of his underground boxing matches.

While Ross's return to Emmerdale had been announced last month, his involvement in Billy's storyline was kept under wraps until transmission.

Next week, Ross finds himself firmly on the back foot when Jade and her heavies jump him.

The gang torment Ross on the edge of a bridge, wanting him to agree to a rematch with Billy after their first fight didn't end as expected.

Jade makes it clear to Ross that she also intends to threaten Billy's family. Sure enough, Billy soon finds Jade having a drink with his wife Dawn under false pretences.

Disturbed by this implied threat to his family, Billy realises that he may have no choice but to fight Ross again.

When Billy speaks to Ross and floats the possibility of refusing, Ross insists that it's not a good idea after Jade's threats against their loved ones.

Billy's ordeal gets worse when Dawn informs him that Clemmie and Lucas have gone missing.

Realising that he can't keep lying to Dawn, a sheepish Billy admits that Jade may have something to do with the youngsters' disappearance.

Meanwhile, Jade's antics continue when she forces Ross to agree that a barn at Butler's Farm can be used as the venue for the fight.

Former Hollyoaks star and country music singer Twinnie-Lee Moore was recently cast in the guest role of Jade for this storyline.

Earlier this month, Twinnie commented: "My life has been a bit crazy recently juggling music and acting with lots of back and forth between Nashville and Yorkshire but I've been loving it!

"I've loved being back on screen, especially as the show is shot in Yorkshire, being able to be home with family and go to work on such an iconic show has been nothing short of amazing.

"The whole team has been so welcoming and really supportive. My character is so much fun to play and I can't wait to see how the audience reacts to her."

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday, November 5, and Wednesday, November 6, on ITV1 and ITVX.

Tom King is nursing an injury. But who hurt him?

Tom King was whisked out of the village down to the police station last week and is feeling rather exposed as a result.

Needing to shore up his "good guy" image, he's got his work cut out as it's not just the Dingles who are starting to think he really is the wife-beater that Belle says he is.

When Laurel Thomas finds him in the churchyard nursing a head injury, has one of his detractors let their fists do the talking or is this all part of Tom's redemption tour?

Jimmy's shocked when he sees his nephew who refuses to report the incident to the police or go to A&E to get checked out.

Dropping his suspicions about Tom, Jimmy leaps to his defence and accuses Sam ? who to be fair, has got form ? of attacking him.

Meanwhile Tom's predicament does nothing to dent Nicola's dim view of her nephew.

Furious with Jimmy for backing Tom especially after what he's put Carl through, Nicola announces she's not spending another second living under the same roof as the abuser.

Jimmy reels as his wife and kids ship off to Laurel's place.

In the Woolpack, Liam and Chas, who are now secretly an item, struggle to contain their happy smiles.

Knowing that Ella is hurt about having been dumped by the doc, the couple agrees to keep a lid on their romance for now.

Will they manage to keep their love a secret?

    Tuesday

Ross Barton and Billy Fletcher discover there's no way out of Jade's fight

When Billy Fletcher beat Ross Barton in an illegal bare-knuckle fight, head honcho Jade was furious.

Insistent that the men will meet for a re-match, Jade comes calling for the pair and makes her feelings plain.

Ross is minding his own business when Jade and her heavies jump him and dangle him over the village bridge to show him they mean business!

As for Billy, Jade preys on his wife Dawn who has no idea that her husband has been taking part in these illegal bouts.

Billy panics when he finds the two women having a glass of wine together at Holdgate.

While Dawn pops upstairs to deal with the baby, Jade icily warns Billy that if he doesn't do what he's told, there will be hell to pay at home.

Will Dawn find out the truth?

Elsewhere, Tom King is humiliated at the village bonfire night when he spots the "guy" sat on top of the bonfire has been made in his likeness.

Who's behind the stunt? Is it the Dingles' handiwork?

Amelia gets a taste of Tom's evil side as he takes his anger out on her.

Bob makes things right with Angelica ? who's finished her stint in Young Offenders for causing Heath Hope's death ? and apologises for his reaction to her return to the village.

Will the teenager feel more at ease now or is her crime set to haunt her?

Billy Fletcher fears for his family

At Holdgate it's panic stations as Clemmie and Lucas, Dawn and Billy's kids, have vanished.

Billy reels when his terrified wife says she's combed the house and the garden and there's no sign of the young pair.

Billy pales realising that gangster Jade may well have taken the children as a threat to force him to take part in the illegal fight with Ross.

Jade has insisted Billy takes part in a rematch with Ross Barton and will stop at nothing to get the dad back in the ring

Will Billy come clean about what he's been keeping from his wife and admit that their kids' disappearance may well be his fault?

Has Jade kidnapped Clemmie and Lucas?

Elsewhere, John wants to have a deep chat with Aaron.

The Sugden has overheard some chats about Aaron's past with his half-brother Robert who's in jail.

Aaron hates talking about his feelings and especially when it has to do with his former true-love, Robert.

Will John get the answers he's looking for from his lover Aaron?

When Tina Dingle rocked up to Zak's funeral, demanding her share of her dad's estate the family reared up in horror.

None more so than Mandy Dingle who wasn't just worried about the clan's coffers. She was petrified that Tina would reveal that she is Vinny's biological mum. A fact none of them know, especially her beloved boy who she's raised as her own.

Tina has been blackmailing Mandy to help her get her mitts on what's rightfully hers and has demanded she produce Zak's will.

In the Woolpack, Mandy hates herself as she hands over the document.

Will the Dingles find out about her betrayal? And will Tina shut up now she's got what she wants?

Elsewhere, the fight is on as Ross Barton and Billy Fletcher meet for the re-match.

The bare-knuckle bout is taking place at Butler's Farm in one of Moira's barns.

Terrified that something dangerous is going to go down, Mack's asked Aaron, who's been involved in similar, to be there.

Sure enough the event unravels when John rushes in with news that the police are on to them.

As everyone scrabbles around to get out of there before they're collared, Jade's heavies can't find the cash and it's Aaron who takes the blame?

Aaron who's caught in the crossfire as the fight is scrapped as the police are on their way in Emmerdale

Who's got the money? And what's Jade going to do about it?
