Chelsea Fox's guilt finally comes out in the open

Chelsea Fox has been trying to keep her guilt from eating her alive in the wake of the horrifying club crush.

The club was dangerously over capacity after Chelsea fixed the ticket numbers to sabotage new manager Penny Branning in revenge for her taking her job.


When people got injured, including Jack Branning's daughter Amy Mitchell, Chelsea let Penny take the blame, terrified she'd be sent to jail and her son Jordan would be left without a mother.

With her mum Denise Fox seemingly getting close to ex-hubby Jack again, Chelsea warns her off him, worried that she'll let the truth slip out.


In the hospital, Amy gets upset that her recovery is taking such a long time. Under the impression that she's solely to blame for the horror incident, Penny wonders if it's time for her to leave Walford.

At the Brannings', Jack and Denise try to cheer up Amy, insisting that although it seems like slow progress, she's doing brilliantly. When Penny turns up, things quickly deteriorate into another angry round of the blame game.

Unable to deal with the shouting, Denise finally snaps and reveals to the horrified family that Penny is innocent and Chelsea caused the crush...

Junior Knight was left rattled after discovering that his secret lover Cindy Beale said 'yes' to her partner Ian Beale's proposal!

Their affair has been going on for months and Junior has slowly been falling for Cindy, despite an unvoiced agreement that the fling is a bit of fun and nothing more.

When Cindy turned down Junior's attempts to spend more time with her outside of the bedroom, he hid his hurt, but her engagement has totally thrown him.

Although Junior has been desperately trying to contact Cindy, she's been ignoring his calls. Heading to Beale's Eels to confront Cindy, Junior wants to know what's going on and is shocked when she firmly tells him that it's over.

Smarting from the rejection he asks Priya Nandra-Hart to join him for a drink in the Vic. When he spots Ian he heads over to talk to him.

A nervous Cindy watches Junior and Ian talking, realising that Junior is playing games.

Freddie Slater is concerned when he finds Bianca Jackson in a state and she admits she's on her way to the GP.

Her erratic behaviour since sister Sonia Fowler was wrongly imprisoned for murder has worried her friends and family, and Kat Slater put her foot down, insisting that Bianca see the doctor.

Although Bianca has been suffering from symptoms of depression for a long time, she's found it difficult to confront her problems.

Coming to terms with his own ADHD diagnosis, a kindly Freddie is determined to support Bianca and make sure she follows things through with the doctor. Despite her initial protest, Bianca relents when he insists on going with her.

Will Bianca get some answers with Freddie's help?

Also, Nish is infuriated by his ex Suki Panesar's engagement to Eve Unwin and plots to draw Suki back in by arranging to see their murdered son Jags' child Tye by Habiba Ahmed. Meanwhile, Teddy Mitchell tries to impress Sharon Watts.

Suki Panesar and Eve Unwin are targeted at their engagement party

Suki Panesar and Eve Unwin are delighted as their engagement party gets underway at the Prince Albert. When Suki's son Vinny Panesar reveals that Nish Panesar has arranged for their grandson Tye to visit, she's touched by the gesture.

Uncharacteristically putting her cynical side away, Suki asks Nish to join the family in the celebration after a plea from his grandchildren Nugget Gulati and Avani Nandra-Hart.

Nish graciously accepts Suki's offer and is pleased to have the family around him at the party. His magnanimous attitude is very short-lived as it's not long before he overhears Suki and Eve talking about the dying man's imminent demise, knowing that Nish hasn't got long to live after being given a terminal diagnosis.

Not wanting to waste any opportunity to take revenge on his ex, Nish makes a mystery phone call.

Are Suki and Eve in danger?

Chelsea Fox gets the shock of her life when she's confronted by a raging Penny Branning, who has just found out from Denise Fox that Chelsea LIED about the club crush!

To get back at Penny for taking her job, Chelsea added extra tickets for sale at a club, putting them dangerously over capacity and leading to the horror incident.

Chelsea never meant for people to get hurt but when it got out of control, she let Penny take the blame instead of putting her hand up.

Now the truth is out, Penny's copper dad Jack Branning insists that Chelsea hand herself in at the station but a fearful Chelsea refuses.

After a showdown with Amy Mitchell and Lauren Branning, Chelsea is left chastened and decides to do the right thing...

Priya Nandra-Hart was chuffed when Junior Knight asked her out on a date, hoping she had an exciting new love interest!

Little does she realise that Junior only asked her to the Vic to flaunt her in front of his secret lover Cindy Beale in a bid to make her jealous.

As the evening progresses, it's clear to Priya that Junior is distracted and has no interest in being there with her. Insulted, she tells him she's out of there, while a smug Cindy watches on.

Determined to needle Cindy, Junior then invites her son Peter Beale to have a few beers with him.

Worried that Junior will tell Peter about their affair, she sits down with them to make sure Junior keeps his mouth shut.

Things take a worrying turn, however...

Is Cindy's secret about to be blown wide open?

Eve Unwin and Suki Panesar are at odds when Eve is called away from Walford

Eve Unwin and Suki Panesar should be loved and happy after celebrating their engagement with a family and friends at The Albert.

Instead, Eve has had some news that means she needs to rush up to her family in Yorkshire.

Keen for Suki to go with her, Eve arranges for them to have some time away. Suki's scheming ex Nish Panesar isn't about to let Suki leave with Eve and he arranges for their grandson Tye to visit straight away.

Not wanting to miss out on seeing Tye, as there's not really been any contact since Tye's dad Jags Panesar was killed in prison.

Eve is gutted that Suki can't go with her, but she accepts how important it is for Suki to see her grandson after Stacey Slater gives her a talking-to.

Interrupting Suki and Nish, Eve apologises and Nish is NOT happy that Eve's turned up!

Harry Mitchell makes things very awkward after a misplaced comment while dad Teddy Mitchell is trying to woo Sharon Watts!

Feeling bad for ruining things for his dad, Harry schemes to set up a date for the pair at The Arches.

When Teddy realises what his son's up to, he's fed up with him for going behind his back. Sharon has worked out that Harry's set her up with Teddy but decides to go on the surprise date anyway.

Later, Sharon asks Teddy out for a drink, he's tempted but family comes first...

Youngest Barney Mitchell has had a falling out with his mate Avani Nandra-Hart and needs a pep talk.

Chelsea Fox has been holding out on telling the truth for months on her terrible secret that she caused the club crush.

After bumping up the ticket sales for a club night in a bid to get back at Penny Branning for stealing the manager's job, she was horrified when instead of a bit of managed chaos, the situation became dangerous and Amy Mitchell was seriously hurt!

With Penny taking the blame, Chelsea was too afraid to confess but now the truth is out after her mum Denise Fox revealed all.

Wanting to do the right thing finally, Chelsea says a tearful goodbye to her young son Jordan before setting off for the police station...

Avani Nandra-Hart continues to hide her big secret

Avani Nandra-Hart may think her brash attitude will keep her on top, but she's in a situation where she could soon be WAY out of her depth!

After Avani lied to older boy Mason that she was at Uni, Avani was grassed up to him by schoolmate Barney Mitchell, who was worried for her safety.

Instead of doing the right thing and backing off, Mason has continued to see Avani and he's coming on strong...

In The Arches, things start to get too hot and heavy an an alarmed Avani makes her excuses to leave.

Confiding in Lily Slater, Avani reveals her secret boyfriend wants to take things to the next level. Lily warns Avani to be careful and encourages her not to sleep with him.

When Tommy Moon overhears the schoolgirls talking, he uses it to stir and tells on her to mum Priya Nandra-Hart.

A horrified Priya storms over ot the Mitchells where Avani is playing computer games with Barney to confront her!

Jean Slater and Mo Harris are after some more cleaning work and when they see newcomer Teddy Mitchell, they see pound signs!

Accosting him in the Square, the pair managed to bag themselves a temporary cleaning job.

Later, Jean is faced with conflicting versions of events from Kat Slater and Kat's son Tommy Moon, leaving her concerned. Kat has been hiding the fact that teenager Tommy has been violent towards her whenever she's tried to discipline him.

After talking to ex Harvey Monroe about her worries, Jean is grateful for his wise words.

Realising she's really missed him, she tells him that she's willing to forgive Harvey for his lies about Maya Houssain. Harvey's delighted when Jean wants to reunite.

Suki Panesar and Nish Panesar take their young grandson Tye to the cafe for some family time.

Nish has managed to lure in Suki by arranging for the visit from their youngest grandchild and Suki puts aside any concerns she has about Nish in order to spend time with him.

Tye was the product of a short-lived relationship between Suki and Nish's son Jags Panesar and Square resident Habiba Ahmed. Jags was sent to prison and tragically killed, not knowing Habiba was pregnant with his baby.

Realising that Nish is up to something, cafe owner Kathy Beale watches him and Suki with a sceptical eye. Later, she warns Suki that her ex is likely scheming against her and suggests she watch her back.

Will Suki listen?

Chelsea urges Denise to keep her distance from Jack. Over at the hospital, Amy is left frustrated at the slow pace of her recovery and this sparks an argument with Penny.

Penny decides that she wants to leave Walford and her plans cause the situation between her and the family to escalate. Denise steps in by exposing the truth, announcing that Chelsea was to blame for the club crush.

Meanwhile, Junior confronts Cindy for ignoring him following her engagement to Ian, but she insists that their affair is now over. Later, when Cindy sees Junior speaking to Ian, it's clear that her jilted lover is now determined to play games.

Elsewhere, Nish makes a new plan as he's fed up with Suki and Eve flaunting their engagement in front of him. He asks Vinny to speak to Habiba to arrange for Tye to visit the Square.

Also today, Freddie insists on accompanying Bianca on her trip to the doctors.

Denise's revelation about the club crush shocks the Brannings. Penny demands to speak to Chelsea about her betrayal, while Jack orders Chelsea to hand herself in to the police but she refuses.

Amy steps in and shares some home truths with Chelsea, who eventually decides to hand herself in to the police.

Meanwhile, Priya calls time on a drinking session with Junior as she can tell that he isn't really interested in her. Junior changes tactics with his mischief by inviting Peter for a drink ? and things take a turn for the worse when Cindy decides to join them.

Elsewhere, Nish is pleased to be included in Suki and Eve's engagement party, but his mood changes when he overhears the couple talking about his demise. Nish responds by making a phone call.

Also today, Kathy encourages Sharon to give Teddy a chance after he asks her on a date, and Jean returns from Greece but continues to behave frostily towards Harvey.

Chelsea is emotional as she prepares to hand herself in.

Meanwhile, Eve makes last-minute plans to head to Yorkshire, but Nish's manipulation leads to Suki staying behind in Walford to spend time with her grandson Tye. Eve is left disappointed and makes her feelings clear.

Later, when Eve tries to make amends, Nish resents her intrusion into their family time.

Elsewhere, Harry plays matchmaker between Sharon and Teddy. Sharon asks Teddy for a drink, but he's forced to rush off to comfort Barney, who's had an altercation with Avani.

Meanwhile, Jean confides in Harvey about her worries for Kat. When the conversation turns to their relationship, they agree to try again.

Elsewhere, Kathy is surprised to see Nish and Suki playing happy families with Tye. She questions Suki on whether Nish can really be trusted.
