    MONDAY

When Aaron Dingle stole Cain's car it was the end of the road. The mechanic had had it up to the back teeth of his aggro nephew and an ugly fight blew up in the garage.

But it was Cain who came off worse as Aaron refused to let it drop. And having beaten his uncle black and blue, he left him for dead on the garage floor and walked away.

Cain's now in hospital and Aaron is having to face the consequences of what he's done.

Though he's been taking no prisoners since Caleb and Cain dragged him back to the village, Aaron's gone and done it now and the Dingles, who have been frustrated by his nasty behaviour, are now utterly disgusted by him.

As Chas blanks her son, Mack tells him he deserves what's coming to him.

In hospital, Moira's relieved when her husband comes round. But though the doc prescribes more rest, Cain discharges himself? Will he come looking for Aaron?

More stress hits the clan when Liam persuades Chas to tell them her terrible news.

The Dingles are arguing in the pub when Chas pipes up and reveals she's been diagnosed with breast cancer. As the family gathers round in support, Aaron keeps his distance, upsetting his poorly mum even more. Will the outcast do a runner?

Elsewhere Nicola resigns from the council and learns a date's been set for Angel's plea hearing.

    TUESDAY

Moira Dingle is really worried about Cain.

Her husband should still be in hospital given the injuries he sustained when his aggro nephew Aaron beat him black and blue.

But Cain wanted out and is now back at home scoffing painkillers like they're sweets.

With Moira fussing round him, Cain just can't handle it and storms out on his wife.

But some breathing time works wonders and sees the gruff Dingle return ready to level with Moira.

    What's Cain got to say?

His sister Chas is also going through it. And as her cancer diagnosis weighs heavy on her mind she's also got her outcast son Aaron to worry about.

Knowing his name is mud with the Dingles, Aaron has decided he's going to do a runner, and when Chas realises what her son is up to, Mackenzie's drafted in to try to stop him.

But Aaron's not happy when Mack approaches him. As Aaron makes it clear he's not up for talking things through will Mack persevere?

At the Woolie, Chas and Charity get to talking over a bottle of wine. Will Charity open up about her suffering?

Later, troubled siblings Chas and Cain seek each other out to reflect on what's going on in their lives.

    WEDNESDAY

When Chas Dingle was told she has breast cancer, her first thought was her daughter Eve.

Given that Chas' mum Faith died of the same strain of the disease, Chas was terrified by the thought that she might have to leave Eve, who's only four, without a mother.

Though Chas kept the diagnosis under wraps ? only sharing the information with Liam, who discovered the lump in her breast, and Lydia ? she's now told the rest of her family. Apart from Eve.

With her ex-husband Paddy's help, Chas sits down with their little girl to explain that Mummy is poorly and is going to be seeing doctors to make her better.

As Nicola King's world continues to fall apart in the wake of Angel's confession, she's delivered a fresh blow.

The mum is horrified when local solicitor Ethan says that a charge of death by dangerous driving tends to incur a custodial sentence.

Will she tell her daughter or keep the truth from traumatised Angel?

Later, Bob is utterly horrified and left shaking with rage when he learns Jimmy told Angel to lie about being responsible for Heath's death, pinning the blame on Bob's daughter Cathy instead.

At the Hide, Jai is already fuming with Gabby for going into business with Amit. When he quits his job can Laurel find a way to broker peace?

    THURSDAY

With Angel King having admitted to being behind the wheel when passenger Heath Hope died, her parents are in bits.

Nicola and Jimmy are patently aware that a charge of 'death by dangerous driving' usually incurs a custodial sentence. And it doesn't help that 14-year-old Angel lied initially, pinning the blame for the tragic accident on Cathy Hope.

As the parents' panic sets in as they prepare to go to the plea hearing, desperation pushes Nicola to suggest to her husband that Angel pleads 'not guilty'.

Jimmy's dead against the idea and insists they must find another way to help their daughter without her telling more lies.

When the family head out to the car to set off, they run into Brenda who's cockahoop as the charges against Cathy have been dropped.

Will Angel fare as well as Cathy?

Moira reaches out to Charity when Moses goes AWOL.

But Charity's not prepared to open up about her anxiety nor the crippling flashbacks she's experiencing in the wake of her killer ordeal with Harry Harris.

At the Dingle homestead, Sam and Lydia feel a spark... Is their marriage getting back on track?

    FRIDAY

Chas Dingle is in a terrible place. Having been told she's got breast cancer, the exact same strain that killed her mum Faith, she's panicking.

With a young daughter Eve to live for and look after, the mum decides to seize the day and head off on a holiday with the little girl while she still can.

While Paddy is upset that he's not going to be part of Eve's adventure, given that he and Chas have split, he wants them to have a good time.

Chas is shocked when Mandy, Paddy's partner, hands her a wodge of cash to finance some holiday fun.

Elsewhere, Lydia fears that the distance has set in between her and Sam, worrying that her husband no longer wants her.

And Wendy pleads with broken Bob to find the strength to carry on as he grieves for his son Heath.

Moira sits by Cain's bedside at the hospital and is relieved when he wakes up. Chas' contempt is clear when Aaron asks her about Cain's condition. Mack can't even look at Aaron, telling him he deserves everything coming his way.

Meanwhile, Liam and Chas talk about her prognosis. Liam is concerned that Chas is still keen to keep her cancer a secret. Liam tries to reassure Chas, telling her that family is the best option. Finally a galvanised Chas makes the decision to tell them.

Later at the pub, the Dingle family argue over recent events. Chas explains what is going on and everybody reels from her news. The shocked yet supportive family gather around Chas ? except for Aaron, who keeps his distance. Chas' heart breaks as Aaron walks away.

I get it that she might not be charged with Twoc if Wendy does not press charges but I would like to think that she gets charged with driving without licence and insurance.. that has been proven...
