Honey falls ill on the day of the panto, so Alfie begs Kat to step in. Alfie wastes little time in wanting to rehearse the kissing scene, but Kat refuses.

During the show, Kat and Alfie have to ad-lib to make the script work now that Kat is Snow White rather than Honey. Alfie goes on to make a big speech in character as the Prince, but it's clearly about his love for Kat.

Alfie goes to plant a kiss on 'Snow White', but Kat later confronts him and reminds him that she'd said no.

Meanwhile, Shirley overhears Janine making secret arrangements in a phone call with someone called 'Steve'. Later, when Scarlett and Janine discuss Janine's big lie, Shirley overhears part of the conversation.

Elsewhere, Keeble threatens to bring Phil back to the Square in handcuffs unless Kat convinces him to return of his own accord.

Also today, Ricky accuses Sam of looking down on him, leading to an argument.

A hungover Kat finds Alfie in high spirits after yesterday, but they soon argue again. Tommy gets upset and speaks to Kat about how she seems much happier around Alfie. Kat decides that it's time for Alfie to leave to spare the kids any further confusion.

Freddie tells Alfie that he needs to earn his place back in Kat's life, so Alfie makes another plan.

Kat admits to Stacey that she's confused over her feelings for Alfie and Phil. However, a new gesture from Alfie soon pays off for him when Kat agrees that they can spend Christmas together as a family.

Meanwhile, Shirley struggles to get Scarlett to share details of Janine's secret. Scarlett hides the incriminating photo of Janine in her diary.

Elsewhere, Lola's meeting with the specialist goes badly when she's told that miracles rarely happen. Jay tells Ben that they have to make Christmas special as it could be their last one with the full family.

Also today, Ricky secures a second date with Sam.

Mick and Janine's wedding day arrives. Mick asks everyone to leave the pub so he can make some final touches alone. Linda then offers Mick a final way out of his wedding to Janine, but will he take it?

Later, Janine anxiously awaits Mick's arrival at the registry office.

Meanwhile, Phil tries to block Kat and the boys joining Alfie at the Christmas carol fundraiser. Alfie stands up to Phil and demands that the boys should come to the concert. At the same time, Rocky announces a special musical guest for the event.

Lola approaches Denise at the concert and reveals that she'd like to come back to work.

Elsewhere, Denzel makes a playlist for Amy as a Christmas gift.

Also today, Linda is annoyed when she finds out that Jada has offered to bring Alyssa to Sharon's place for Christmas Day.
