MONDAY 14th MARCH

Given the wedding day horror they suffered at the hands of now-jailed serial killer Meena ? who kidnapped the couple hoping to kill one of them ? Billy and Dawn Fletcher are rock solid. Having been through such an awful ordeal and survived it, still together, they feel invincible.

Dawn's on cloud nine when Billy asks if he can adopt her son Lucas. It's a happy moment for the little family ? but Dawn's mind soon starts whirring.

Though she desperately wants the adoption to happen, it's going to mean getting in touch with Lucas' dad, her volatile ex Alex. And encounters with Alex never go well.

Taking the plunge, Dawn texts Alex? Will he give his ex and her new husband the go-ahead?

Elsewhere, Noah is still trying to get back with Chloe but he's going all about all the wrong way.

Poor Amelia, who's got a whopping great crush on the Dingle teen, becomes collateral damage as Noah flirts with her hoping to get Chloe's attention.

But Chloe's not bothered at all and instead of getting involved she carries on getting to know her recent hook-up, Jacob much to Noah's frustration.

Messy, much?


TUESDAY 15th


Dawn Fletcher needs an answer from her ex, Alex, but he's not replied to her text.

Not about to let him muck anything up for her and her little son Lucas, Dawn heads with new hubby Billy to deal with the matter at Alex's, face to face.

Knowing Alex is a loose cannon who never plays nice, especially with anything to do with their son Lucas, Dawn's nervous.

Arriving at his house, Dawn quickly moves the talk to the subject of adoption, asking Alex outright if he'll agree to let Billy adopt their boy.

Alex is furious - he predicted this would happen. So Dawn's baffled when he does an about-turn, calms down, and sanctions the idea.

Dawn later learns his agreement comes with a costly catch.

Under the cover of darkness, Alex turns up at Woodbine and gets Dawn to sneak outside to talk to him.

Dawn reels as Alex tells her he'll go along with the adoption on one condition ? she must pay off his debts in return.

What will Dawn do?

Elsewhere, teenage love continues to be its usually messy mess.

Noah fancies Chloe who's dumped him and is now all about Jacob. Jacob's not in the headspace for a romance given that he's recently found out Leanna's death was murder.

Amelia fancies Noah. And Samson fancies Amelia. Got all that?

Well.

As Cathy throws a party, Noah seizes the opportunity to have another crack at getting Chloe back, trampling on his friends' feelings as he goes.

Samson bristles as Noah gets him to keep Cathy busy so he can flirt with her mate Amelia hoping Chloe will clock his moves, get jealous and fall back into his arms.

Of course, the whole thing is an utter disaster and Noah's humiliated when his grim plan is exposed leaving Amelia crushed and Samson livid.


WEDNESDAY 16th


At Woodbine, Harriet and Billy are celebrating the news that Dawn's ex Alex has agreed that her new husband Billy can adopt Lucas.

But Dawn's having to paint on her smile. Though she's absolutely thrilled that her new husband Billy is going to be Lucas' father figure, what Harriet and Billy don't know is that dodgy Alex's agreement to the adoption has come at a cost: Dawn must clear his debts in exchange.

Under immense pressure to meet Alex's demands, Dawn resorts to theft. Up at Home Farm, where her dad lives with his rich fiancee Kim Tate, Dawn is trying to lay her hands on some ready cash? But Kim catches her at it! How will Kim react?

Later, Dawn's nightmare continues as she's forced to head out with Alex to meet his drug dealer. After sneakily making a call, Dawn sets off with Alex and quickly realises the situation is far more dangerous than she realised it would be?

However, the sketchy meeting comes to an end the police pull up!

Does a prison sentence loom?

Manpreet is on edge over Meena's plea hearing. And when she learns that neither Charles nor Liam are allowed to mention her sister's murder confession, she stresses even more, feeling as if the responsibility of getting Meena sent down rests on her shoulders alone.

Teenager Amelia opens up to her family about what Noah's done. But she wishes she'd never said a word when angry Kerry then steams in on her behalf.





THURSDAY 17th MARCH 7-30 pm

Emmerdale's serial killer, Meena Jutla, takes the stand in Thursday's hour-long episode

A huge moment is upon Meena Jutla who has to decide if she's going to confess to all those killings after all.

So far, the twisted serial killer has led everyone a merry dance when it comes to confessing. When the police aren't in earshot, she's revelled in admitting to various people that she's taken the lives of her school friend Nadine, Liam's teen daughter Leanna, Andrea Tate, and Ben Tucker.

Andrea Tate was hunted down and attacked by Meena who left her to die in a burning maze.

Of course, there's a whole other raft of crimes for Meena to answer to: from attempting to murder Manpreet, Vinny, Victoria, Billy, and Dawn not to mention theft, kidnap, and tons more. 25 counts to be exact.


Meena kidnapped Vinny Dingle and tried to kill him.

On Dawn and Billy's wedding day, Meena took them pair hostage and drew a gun on the newlyweds.

Victoria escaped a near drowning at the hands of Meena Jutla.

Expecting a large turnout for her 'moment of glory', Meena's ego is dented by the meagre turn out in court.

Sitting up in the gallery, Liam and Leyla and Manpreet and Charles watch on.

As Meena pleads guilty to the first charge, will the do the same for the rest?

Later, as Manpreet reflects on what happened in the courtroom and what lies ahead, she suffers a serious panic attack. The GP then disappears off in the car before abandoning it and heading into the darkness on foot without her phone?

Elsewhere, Rhona realises she's accidentally convinced her mum Mary to stay on in the village!

Later, Mary has a chat with Marlon who then resolves that he's going to propose to Rhona! When will he pop the question?

Also, Billy's given some fatherly advice.
