Next week on Holby City, Dom is left contemplating his future after a lucrative offer, while Russ refuses to forgive Hanssen and Madge's private life is called into question.
Here are the biggest moments coming up:
1. Dom contemplates his future
Dom continues to work with Sacha on their project, but has secretly arranged an interview at a private hospital later that day.
After a successful interview, Dom receives a lucrative offer for their parastomal hernia mesh innovation and is clearly tempted by the opportunities it will bring.
As Dom wrestles with his decision, which would leave Sacha high and dry, will he stand by his friend or take the opportunity for fame and fortune?
2. Kylie worries about Madge

Kylie becomes convinced that Madge is the victim of domestic abuse, and is determined to help her.
Unfortunately, Kylie's suspicions coincide with Ange's own findings regarding Madge, leading to an awkward situation of crossed wires.
When Kylie tries to address her concerns over Madge's welfare, Ange assumes she's referring to the situation with Regina and offers no sympathy.
3. Madge faces the music
Madge is forced to face the music over her disingenuous behaviour in next week's episode, and attends a meeting with Hanssen and Fletch.
When confronted over her guilty sins of the past few weeks, Madge is unable to defend herself and is suspended until further notice.
But with the pressure on her mounting, Madge's health soon takes a turn for the worst.
4. Billie struggles to cope
Still reeling from the birth of his grandchild, Russ overcompensates by attempting to be all things, to all people.
Sadly, in doing so, Russ fails to realise how much Billie is struggling, prompting Max to step in instead.
Max gives Billie the boost she needs, but will Russ be able to get his priorities in place to be the father she needs him to be?
5. Amelia and Eli reach a decision
Amelia is still reeling from Nicky's final decision over Juliet, and wants Eli to intervene.
She struggles while witnessing Billie leave the hospital with her newborn son, but a subsequent conversation with the teenager begins to change her perspective on everything.
Billie tells Amelia that, while she's still feeling unsure about motherhood, she is going to give it her all as it's the card she's been dealt with.
This leaves Amelia reflecting on her own situation and she later tells Eli that she wants them to stop trying for a baby as their marriage is enough for her.
6. Donna is back... sort of
As promised, Donna will be back on our screens next week, but not in the guise we're used to.
Dom will bump into Donna while attending his interview at a private hospital, where she is now working.
Donna is well and truly rejuvenated thanks to her new lifestyle, telling Dom that she's finally found the work-home life balance she's always wanted.
Donna's praise for the private sector leaves Dom with a lot to think about, but what will he ultimately decide to do?
7. Madge collapses
Madge is exiting the hospital following her disciplinary, when she suddenly doubles over in pain and collapses.
Spotting her abdominal injuries, Ange rushes Madge into theatre, where a question mark looms over what has actually happened.
When the team discuss calling Madge's husband Terry, Kylie refers back to her earlier suspicions, highlighting that she doesn't believe Madge's home is a safe space.
As Kylie puts pressure on her to report Terry to the police, Madge is forced to explain what's really going on.
8. Russ refuses to forgive Hanssen
Hanssen attempts to build bridges with Russ, who makes it clear that he cannot forgive and forget so soon.
Rejecting Hanssen's attempts at a reconciliation, Russ opens up over his guilt over not realising Billie was pregnant sooner, due to the fact he was so preoccupied at work.
Russ accuses Hanssen of depriving him the chance of being there for his daughter, and makes it clear they can't move past this. Does this mean their friendship over for good?
