Village vet Rhona has got herself into a situation with Marlon as she?s been keeping secrets.

When Pierce Harris, Rhona?s killer ex, got in touch with her from his prison deathbed, Vanessa warned Rhona to steer clear and insisted Marlon was told. But Rhona ignored her and carried out Pierce?s request for help to find his son Marcus.


Rhona was hoping Pierce?s death would mean she wouldn?t have to tell Marlon she?d been assisting the man responsible for ruining his life by landing him in jail, wrongly charged with Graham Foster?s murder.


The secret grows heavier when Marcus brings news that she?s been named in Pierce?s will. Guilt-ridden, Rhona?s readying herself to talk to Marlon when Kim calls in, at which point everything unravels?


Having had a brush with Pierce herself, rattled Kim?s questioning her connection with Marcus when Marlon walks in on their chat. Backed into a corner, it?s truth time.

Rhona finally comes clean to a stunned Marlon.

Needing time to process everything he?s just been, Marlon leaves?

Later, as Rhona fears for their relationship, Marlon tells Paddy that he?s unsure if he?ll ever be able to forgive her.


And when their paths cross, it?s not long before they are caught up in a war of words?

It doesn?t look like they will reconcile anytime soon.


But could a few wise words from Marcus change things?


Meanwhile, Charles is still on a mission to get a confession from Meena, so he pays her a visit in prison. But he?s left stunned when she brags about killing his ex, Andrea.

Sickened, the vicar later decides to set up a support group for those affected by Meena?s awful deeds and is encouraged when Liam signs up.

Later, Charles is on the phone to Meena and tells her that he won?t be visiting her again.

Having hoped to use him for her own gain, she erupts, smashing the phone against the prison wall?


Also tonight, Laurel fights tears as she realises that she?s going to have to look outside of the village in order to find a home that she can afford, and Kerry and Dan try to warn Amelia that Noah is trouble?



Wednesday

When Marcus Dean first arrived in the village, it wasn?t long before the handsome stranger caught the eye of one of the locals? Ethan Anderson!

The pair have been on a date but things seem to have cooled off.

Earlier in the week, Marcus returned to the village to tell Rhona that she was included in the will of his late dad, Pierce. But now the hearing is done and dusted, he sees no point in hanging around?


Ethan suggested meeting up, but Marcus turned him down.

Later, Ethan tried again to secure a date with Marcus, but that fell flat, too.

Although the arrival of Marcus has caused ructions for Marlon and Rhona, the couple don?t have anything against him as he?s clearly nothing like his father.

So when they give Ethan the green light to go for it with Marcus, he heads off to seek him out

Can Ethan get Marcus to change his mind before he leaves the village for good?

Meanwhile, Charles has his first support group for the people affected by Meena?s murderous deeds and evil actions. Erm? shouldn?t that be just about everyone in the village?!



Thursday

Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk?s relationship is teetering on the brink after he found out that she had been in touch with her ex, Pierce Harris, before he died, and has been in touch with his son, Marcus!

Rapist and murderer Pierce had contacted Rhona from prison. After revealing that he was ill and didn?t have long to live, he asked for her help in finding his son, who he was estranged from.

Rhona managed to find Marcus, but Pierce died before he got to meet his son. And since then Rhona and Marcus have stayed in touch.


Rhona, however, couldn?t bring herself to reveal the truth to her partner Marlon, especially as he was wrongly accused for the murder of Graham Foster and went to prison for the crime committed by Pierce.

Marlon made these shocking discoveries when he caught the tail-end of a conversation between Rhona and Kim.

Kim had been questioning Rhona about her connection to Marcus Dean, the handsome stranger she?s been spotted with around the village.


Having had a brush with Marcus? evil dad herself, Kim was shocked to discover the young man?s identity?

Just then Marlon walked in on the conversation and Rhona was forced to fess up.

Now Marlon can?t believe that Rhona?s been keeping secrets from him and is now questioning if they have a future together?

He?s admitted to Paddy that he doesn?t think he?ll be able to forgive Rhona.

Rhona, however, is determined to make things right between them so she decides to propose to Marlon!


Meanwhile, Kim tells Laurel that she?s found a buyer for Mulberry Cottage and that she?s got 30 days to vacate the property.


Later, Kim asks Jai for his shares in HOP and in return says she?ll give him enough money to pay off his loan and put a deposit on Mulberry. What will he do?


Meanwhile, how will the support group react at their second meeting when they find out Charles has been visiting Meena in prison?



FRIDAY


Murderous Meena may be safely locked up in prison, but the effects of her evil actions are still being felt around the village?

Many of the villagers have been affected in some way, so Charles has decided to set up a support group for people whose loved ones were murdered by the twisted killer and for those people who lived to tell the tale.


Among those in attendance are the killer?s sister, Manpreet, who was almost killed when Meena locked her and Vinny Dingle in a barn and left them to choke on the exhaust fumes of the Dingles? van?


Liam, whose daughter Leanna was murdered, has also signed up, along with his wife Leyla, who was shot by Meena when she got caught up in her sick revenge on Billy and Dawn.


Charles has set up the group after visiting Meena in prison and heard her sickeningly brag about the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Tate.

He had been hoping to get Meena to make a full confession but after hearing her gleefully recount Andrea?s murder, he?s decided to give up and to not to see her again?

At the group?s second meeting, Liam and the other members found out that Charles had been visiting Meena in prison so now they are asking questions.
