Next week on Casualty, Rash faces a terrifying ordeal which changes his life forever, while Rosie Jones guest stars again as Dylan faces a dilemma.

Here are the eight biggest moments coming up:

1. Rash faces a terrifying ordeal

Rash?s life hangs in the balance when he?s kidnapped, bundled into the boot of a car and brought to an abandoned building by Hafsa's gang.

Upon arrival, Rash is horrified to see that Hafsa has been severely injured by the rival gang and is in a very bad way.

Terrified, Rash realises that Hafsa?s injuries are a direct result of his call to the police earlier this month, as they believe she was the one who snitched on them.

2. Rash is forced to admit the truth

Although Rash refuses to adhere to the gang's demands initially, it quickly becomes clear quickly that he?s in far too deep.

With just an old army kit and a belt to hand, Rash puts his feelings aside and does his best to save Hafsa?s life.

Things then go from bad to worse for Rash when he realises that young gang member Rayan is their target, as they believe he's the nark. Knowing he can't let Rayhan die for his actions, Rash admits the truth ? he called the police.

3. Hafsa passes away

With Hafsa's condition rapidly deteriorating, Rash attempts to bargain with the gang and insists he'll save her if they let Rayan go. Desperate not to lose their leader, the gang begrudgingly agree.

Rash then does his best to keep Hafsa awake, but she begins losing consciousness. Hafsa reflects on their childhood together and begs Rash to let her family know about her death before the police do. Rash agrees and Hafsa dies shortly afterwards.

4. Matthew makes a breakthrough

In the ED, the team are confused by Rash?s uncharacteristic absence. Matthew?s suspicions are confirmed when Ashok arrives in search of his son and reveals that Rash is in trouble.

As Rash attempts to stand up to the gang in the wake of Hafsa's death, Matthew arrives with the police in tow, having tracked the location via Rash?s phone.

While forensics clear the scene, Matthew berates Rash for his involvement in the gang. However, his words are futile as it's clear that Rash has realised his mistakes himself, and will never be the same again.

5. Rosie Jones guest stars again

Overwhelmed with his clinical lead duties, Dylan is relieved to immerse himself in treating Paula, played once again by comedian Rosie Jones.

The previously drunk and disorderly Paula claims she?s now sober, and the pair begin to build a rapport. However, when Paula refuses an X-ray, she's forced to explain that she's seven months pregnant.

Paula tells Dylan she's been keeping her pregnancy a secret to avoid judgements from those who believe disabled people shouldn?t have children.

6. Dylan vows to help Paula

Dylan is touched by how much Paula has coped with on her own, and is inspired to prove her wrong. He assures Paula that ignorant comments won?t be tolerated and informs the midwives about her pregnancy.

During an ultrasound, Paula is thrilled to see her baby, and for the first time, she allows herself to feel hope. But just as Dylan begins to feel as though he?s made a difference, everything changes.

7. David contemplates a career move

In the wake of Jacob's big decision to step down last week, David contemplates whether he can take on the position instead.

David is inspired to step up to the role of Clinical Nurse Manager in Jacob?s absence, but is he prepared for what's ahead?

8. Dylan faces a dilemma

Just as Dylan is beginning to make a breakthrough with Paula, social worker Adi, played by Raj Bajaj, turns up and explains that Paula hasn?t been entirely honest about her past.

Backed into a corner, a distraught Paula admits she?s had a baby before, who?s now in care as a result of her abusive ex.

Realising that Dylan?s call to the midwives has led to the social getting involved, Paula is convinced that she?s going to lose this baby too, after so many months of protecting her secret.

Dylan is further shocked to hear the extent of the child?s neglect via Adi and remains torn over what to do for the best. Will he lose Paula's trust completely?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, November 27 on BBC One.
