Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian and UK viewers.

Home and Away has given fans their first look at what's coming up in the soap's Australian season finale ? and there's a lot of drama packed in.

A new trailer airing in Australia, which teases the soap's final episodes of the year, reveals that a big proposal, a flirty road trip and a potentially deadly stunt are all on the cards, as well as more health issues for Martha Stewart (Belinda Giblin).

Mia (Anna Samson) and Chloe Anderson (Sam Barrett) are set to take centre stage in the season finale episodes following the recent arrival of Chloe's biological father, Matthew (James Sweeny).

Viewers know that Chloe was conceived after Matthew sexually assaulted Mia, but Matthew is determined to win his newfound daughter's favour and has been doing his best to get to know her.

As Matthew makes it clear that he isn't leaving Summer Bay now that he's found Chloe, Mia's partner Ari Parata (Rob Kipa-Williams) begs Mia to tell Chloe the truth about Matthew, but whether Mia will be able to get through to Chloe remains to be seen.

There's more drama in store for Ari and Mia too, as Ari makes a heartfelt declaration of love to Mia and proposes to her ? but will a shocked Mia say yes?

Elsewhere, Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) is still recovering following her ordeal at the hands of stalker Anne and she announces to Tane Parata (Ethan Browne) that she's leaving the Bay. After he offers to go with her, the pair set off on a road trip.

It looks like their escape will also fan the flames of passion once again, as the pair are seen kissing by a fire after Tane impresses Felicity with his wood-chopping skills.

Another storyline sees Martha's health continue to deteriorate following the recent gas poisoning attack. As Martha lies in her hospital bed, it looks like there could be good news on the horizon as Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) offers her an incredible gift: she's been found to be a match for a transplant. Could Martha's health be about to take a turn for the better?

Finally, tragedy appears to be on the horizon for Ryder Jackson (Lukas Radovich) and Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) when their video stunt competition threatens to go too far.

As Theo teases that the pair are embarking on their "most epic challenge yet", Ryder is seen climbing into a coffin and being buried alive. But the stunt seems to go horribly wrong, as Ryder is left shouting to be let out while Theo lies unconscious nearby after an apparent accident. Will anybody find the pair out in the wilderness before it's too late?

In happier news, Dean Thompson (Patrick O'Connor) and Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman) are looking delighted on the beach as Dean declares "I'm back", while Logan Bennett (Harley Bonner) is seen announcing "I want to be with you", presumably to Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir).

Home and Away is set to air it big season finale week later this month in Australia, with a triple bill on November 25, while these scenes will air in the UK in early 2022.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Surely Ari gets a job in the final week of the year and maybe someone will start running the caravan park.

    And:

Home and Away finale 2021 spoilers

    https://www.msn.com/en-au/entertainm...edgdhp&pc=W000

With the Home and Away finale just hours away, diehard Summer Bay fans are on the edge of their seats waiting to see what drama will play out as the soap comes to an end for the year.

Not surprisingly, 2021 was an action-packed year in the Bay which saw Tori (Penny McNamee) and Christian (Ditch Davey) tie the knot and move to England, Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) get sent to prison, Felicity get stalked and Marilyn (Emily Symons) suffer the affects of the devastating toxic chemical attack.

In a nail-biting preview for tonight's finale, Ari is seen getting down on one knee to Mia, saying a second chance with her was "more than I ever deserved," before a police chase ensues following a mysterious murder. But who will take their last breath?

We've rounded up what viewers can expect to see in the final week, which concludes on Thursday November 25.

Why do Mia, Chloe and Matthew get into a heated argument?
Since his unexpected arrival, Matthew (James Sweeny) has made it his mission to steal his daughter Chloe (Sam Barrett) away from his ex, Mia (Anna Sampson). And after weeks of playing the doting dad, his scheming might just pay off.

His latest attempt to sway Chloe to leave Summer Bay sees Matthew present her with an application for a prestigious business college. He wants to pay for her tuition and offers her a place to live in the city.

Chloe is ecstatic but Mia begs her not to go. The truth is that Chloe is the result of a sexual assault, but has no idea her mother is keeping such an awful secret.

The next day, Chloe accepts her father's offer, leaving Mia heartbroken as she watches her daughter prepare to go. Knowing it's now or never, she blurts out the truth. Chloe is horrified, but finally understands her mother's feelings.

The next day, still reeling from the news, Chloe rejects her father's calls. But Matthew won't be ignored and arrives demanding answers.

Chloe orders him to get out of their lives for good and an argument ensues. Overhearing the commotion, Mia races out to find the pair in a violent scuffle. In a rage, Matthew grabs Mia forcefully and accuses her of lying.

    Who will be buried alive?
After trying their hands at video stunts, Ryder (Lukas Radovich) and Theo (Matt Evans) are about to tackle their "most epic challenge yet". But their latest crazy idea ? a buried alive challenge ? takes the risk to a new level.

Ryder is seen climbing into a coffin in the wilderness and being buried alive, but the stunt soon turns into a disaster.

He is left shouting to be set free from the casket while Theo lies unconscious nearby after seemingly getting into an accident.

Will the pair be saved from the harsh elements of the bush before it's too late?

Who will leave Summer Bay together?
After surviving a near-death experience at the hands of stalker Anne, Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) needs to get away. She shares her trauma with Tane (Ethan Browne), and the two are closer than ever before.

The pair decide to leave the Bay together and set off on a road trip, before being seen sharing a passionate kiss by a campfire.

Will a steamy road trip seal the deal and see them become the hottest new couple in the Bay?

    Will Martha survive?
Since the unexpected gas poisoning at the Stewart family fundraiser, Martha's (Belinda Giblin) health has been deteriorating quickly.

Alf (Ray Meagher) and Roo (Georgie Parker) will do whatever it takes to not lose Martha again, but will Roo be able to give Martha the gift of life?

    Who gets proposed to?
In a sneak peek of what's coming up in the soap's season finale, even more drama is in store for Mia and Ari.

In the fray, Ari is reminded how special his love is for Mia, leading him to ask an important question on one knee. Is Mia ready to start the next chapter of her life with him?

Digital Spy article on the Aust finale:

Home and Away airs huge Ryder Jackson cliffhanger in season finale
    Will he be okay?

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...n-cliffhanger/

Home and Away spoilers follow from the Australian season finale episode, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has left Ryder Jackson's fate uncertain in the 2021 season finale.

Show bosses had teased a frightening ordeal for Ryder in Australia's final episode of the year, which aired on Channel 7 on Thursday (November 25).

A dramatic trailer for the finale saw Ryder (Lukas Radovich) left trapped underground in a coffin after his latest video challenge with Theo Poulos went horribly wrong.

When the episode finally aired on Thursday, the full circumstances of the storyline were revealed ? but fans were left hanging over the outcome.

Ryder and Theo (Matt Evans) have spent the past few weeks teaming up for filmed challenges and pranks, which they uploaded online and monetised with advertising.

Facing pressure to keep upping the ante, Ryder offered to get buried alive and livestream the challenge online.

Ryder vowed to spend five hours in a buried coffin, as long as Theo stuck around nearby in case something went wrong.

Predictably, Theo had other ideas and wandered off from the site of the burial, which took place in some bushland. He picked up some lunch from the Diner and also spent time with Chloe Anderson, who was upset after revelations about her father's dark past.

When Theo eventually returned to Ryder, he tripped while walking and was knocked unconscious.

Ryder heard the accident while on the phone to Theo and was horrified to realise that he might now be stuck underground.

Will Theo regain consciousness or can Ryder raise the alarm with his mobile? Could one of the duo's online followers help to spread the word over Ryder's predicament? All will be revealed when Home and Away returns in 2022.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Another Digital Spy article on the Aust finale:

Home and Away airs shock death in Australian season finale episode
    Who didn't make it?

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...le-2021-death/

Home and Away spoilers follow from the Australian season finale episode, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Note: The following article contains discussion of sexual misconduct that some readers may find upsetting.

Home and Away has seemingly killed off another character in the Australian season finale episode.

Show bosses had teased that the final episode of the year in Australia would include "a murder that no-one saw coming".

Chloe Anderson's villainous father Matthew Montgomery (James Sweeny) was the character who didn't survive the night, as a dramatic showdown outside the Parata house went horribly wrong.

This week's episodes saw Chloe's mum Mia (Anna Samson) bravely confide in her daughter about her traumatic past with Matthew.

Matthew raped Mia when they were younger, which is how Chloe was conceived.

After hearing the truth, Chloe (Sam Barrett) supported her mum and made it clear to Matthew that she wanted nothing more to do with him. Chloe had spent the previous few weeks bonding with Matthew after he made a surprise arrival in the Bay.

Matthew refused to accept Chloe's decision and harassed her outside the Parata house, visibly agitated as he demanded a chance to explain himself.

Mia interrupted the row and tried to get Chloe to go inside, but Matthew blocked their way to prevent this.

When Matthew then grabbed Mia and shouted in her face, branding her a "liar and manipulator", Chloe panicked and grabbed a nearby brick.

Chloe hit Matthew over the head with the brick, sending him crashing to the ground. As Mia rushed to check on him, she was alarmed to realise that he had no pulse.

Mia immediately took control of the situation by moving Matthew's body into the boot of the family car. She urged Chloe to go inside and pretend that the incident had never happened.

Mia drove out of Summer Bay at high speed with Matthew in the boot, but her erratic behaviour quickly caught the attention of Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), who gave chase in his police car.

Although Mia briefly stopped and considered facing Cash, she realised that she looked too suspicious as she had Matthew's blood visible on her clothes.

The season ended with Mia driving off again and Cash following at high speed.

Meanwhile, Mia's partner Ari Parata (Rob Kipa-Williams) returned home and was concerned to find a clearly-traumatised Chloe on the sofa.

The shock turn of events came shortly after Ari had proposed to Mia and she'd accepted. But will Matthew's death mean they don't get their happy ending?

Home and Away will return for its new season in 2022.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
