Yes the chemistry was there from the off set. I think Dennis fell in love with Sharon the moment he set eyes on her. On Sharon's part I think it was more lust at first, although he had a strong resembelence to her dad, so she probably felt a strong connection to him. The love grew quite quickly.

I love Dennis's character, I think he's so vulnerable and emotional as far as Sharon's concerned. When he looks at her with his big puppy dog eyes, your heart just melts.

Den's return was screened on the bbc in september 2003. UK Gold is currently showing episodes from April 2001. UK Gold shows an episode every weekday so i would say that its between a year and a half and two years away.
