Home and Away airs another cliffhanger for shooting victim
    Will there be a tragedy?

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...ger-aftermath/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Tuesday's Australian episode (August 9), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has left Cash Newman's fate hanging in the balance in the show's latest Australian episode.

The local policeman was caught in the crossfire this week as the Parata family's troubles with a dangerous biker gang spiralled out of control.

In Tuesday's episode on Channel 7 in Australia, Cash was rushed to hospital after taking a bullet during a police operation to bring in the gang members.

Cash's loved ones in the Bay were all left upset as it became clear that his chances of survival were touch and go.

When new doctor Bree Cameron spoke to Cash's sister Felicity Newman about the sad situation, she tried her best to provide an optimistic outlook.

However, in a separate conversation with Xander Delaney ? who'd brought in Cash while on paramedic duty ? Bree admitted that she may have given Felicity false hope.

Bree also provided a sombre warning to Rose Delaney, telling her: "There are no guarantees. I wish there were, but Cash lost a lot of blood and the internal damage was extensive. If he makes it through the next couple of days, he's looking at a long recovery.

"But he's young, strong, fit. All of that works in his favour."

Shortly afterwards, Bree's worst fears were realised when Cash went into cardiac arrest in his hospital bed.

Wednesday's Australian episode will see Felicity called back to Cash's bedside, distraught after being told that he could still die.

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in September.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.

Home and Away confirms popular character's fate after shooting
The drama at the hospital continues.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...shooting-fate/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Wednesday's Australian episode (August 10), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away's Cash Newman looks set to pull through after the show's shock shooting drama.

A huge storyline on air in Australia this week has seen Cash take a bullet after a police operation to deal with Tex Wheeler's biker gang.

The gang were initially introduced as new villains causing trouble for the Parata family. When a sting operation to bring them down spiralled out of control, gunshots were fired and Cash was critically injured.

Wednesday's episode on Channel 7 in Australia saw Cash's fate continue to hang in the balance after he went into cardiac arrest in his hospital bed.

Doctors soon realised that Cash had an internal bleed, so would need to be rushed back into surgery.

This posed risks, as only hours had passed since his last operation.

Emotions ran high as Cash's loved ones waited for news. His sister Felicity bitterly blamed Rose Delaney for the police operation going wrong, particularly as Cash had waded in without wearing a bullet-proof vest.

Fortunately, Summer Bay's new doctor Bree Cameron was later able to report that Cash's bleed had been resolved and he was now stable again.

Cash was put into an induced coma, but was expected to make a full recovery.

After apologising to Rose for lashing out at her, Felicity vowed to stay by Cash's side until he's well enough to be discharged from hospital.

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in September.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away revisits Cash Newman's secret passion
    He turns to Eden again.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...-eden-passion/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Wednesday's Australian episode (September 21), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away's Cash Newman and Eden Fowler have hooked up again in the show's latest Australian episode.

Cash and Eden were drawn back together after both facing difficult times in their personal and professional lives.

A new storyline on air in Australia has seen Cash try to adopt a "bad boy" image after a series of setbacks.

After being shot by biker gang leader Marty and being dumped by his girlfriend Jasmine Delaney, Cash has told his sister Felicity that nice guys finish last. The local policeman has been visibly cold towards Felicity and his friends in Summer Bay ever since.

Cash also recently spent the night with his old flame Eden, but surprised her by being uncharacteristically frosty towards her the next morning. He insisted their time together should stay a secret.

In Wednesday's (September 21) episode on Channel 7 in Australia, Cash told Felicity that he has been placed on a period of enforced leave at work.

This is because a thief, who recently stole from Remi Carter when he was busking, has accused Cash of using excessive force while arresting him.

Meanwhile, Eden found herself at odds with her Lyrik bandmates over the group's future following a blunder from their new manager Justin Morgan.

When Eden discovered that Justin had lost the band's regular slot at Salt, she insisted on sacking him.

Theo Poulos and Kirby Aramoana disagreed, feeling that Justin deserved a second chance after repeatedly helping Lyrik in recent weeks.

In the closing moments of Wednesday's episode, Cash visited Eden at home and they bonded over their stressful times.

The pair quickly gave into temptation for the second time in a few days. Can they keep their passion under wraps second time around?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in October.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away: Cash and Felicity's foster father make a shock return
    Blast from the past

    https://www.nowtolove.com.au/celebri...ster-dad-75394

With Felicity's wedding just around the corner, her brother Cash has some big ideas to make it a day to remember. From doing up their late dad's beat-up old ute to encouraging Flick to reconnect with their foster dad Gary, he's got a lot going on.

But this week in Home And Away, Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) isn't that appreciative of Cash's (Nicholas Cartwright) thoughtful efforts when she discovers Gary (Peter Phelps) is in town. While Cash is overjoyed to see him, Flick feels differently.

"They have a rocky history," Jacqui tells TV WEEK. "She feels ambushed by him and Cash. She'd hoped Cash would support her decision to not see him, but instead, he forces her to face him. This drives a wedge between her and Cash."

Deep down, Flick's feelings about Gary don't stem only from the painful loss of her father ? she feels guilty for the way she treated him as a teenager.

"Gary came into her life after her dad died, which was confronting for her," Jacqui explains. "Naturally, she rebelled and treated Gary badly. Now, she's guilt- ridden and doesn't want to see him."

Hoping that the pair might make peace, Cash encourages his sister to put the past behind them. But when Flick and Gary come face-to-face, she makes it clear she's not interested in reconciling.

Thankfully, an understanding Gary can see through her facade, pulling her into a warm embrace. "Flick realises she'll never be able to move past this pain if she doesn't confront it," Jacqui explains.

Meanwhile, Cash gets to work with garage owner Justin (James Stewart) on restoring his dad's ute for the big day. As he's tinkering away, he suddenly hears his dad's favourite song playing over the radio. Then, moments later, he finds his mum's long-lost necklace hidden in the vehicle. "The necklace has been missing for so many years," Nicholas says. "And right when Cash is trying to make sure a part of their father is at Flick's wedding, a piece of their mum turns up too." Proud of his sister for mending things with Gary, he gives her their mother's long-lost necklace to wear on her wedding day for good luck.

Things are starting to look up for the nervous bride! Can she keep up this positive streak all the way to the altar?

Home and Away's Cash Newman vows revenge ahead of Tex Wheeler return
    What will he do?

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...h-revenge-tex/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted that Cash Newman could go out for revenge over the disastrous road incident on his sister Felicity's wedding day.

Last week, the show's 2023 return episode in Australia saw Felicity Newman and Eden Fowler end up on a collision course with Justin Morgan and Leah Patterson on the road, leaving lives hanging in the balance.

Eden was driving Felicity to her wedding when she found herself unable to brake, causing a crash. Felicity, Justin and Leah all made it out relatively unscathed, but Eden has not regained consciousness in hospital and may have a permanent brain injury.

Although Cash initially accused Justin of shoddy workmanship, since he'd helped to fix up Felicity's wedding car, Monday's Australian episode (January 16) saw the truth about the crash come to light.

Cash's police colleagues reported back to him by confirming that somebody had deliberately cut the brake lines.

The policeman made an immediate apology to Justin for unfairly blaming him, but his thoughts then turned to who could have been responsible.

Cash correctly guessed that the culprits were the biker gang who'd previously put a hit out on him. The grudge stems back to Cash killing gang leader Marty in self-defence last year.

Later, Cash paid a visit to an unconscious Eden's bedside and shared his plans to get even with whoever was responsible for her injuries.

Cash said: "Sorry that you got caught up in all this. Whoever did this to you, were after me. Don't worry ? I'm going to find them and I'm going to make them pay for what they've done."

This week's episodes will see gang member Tex Wheeler make a return when Cash visits him in prison for a showdown.

Can Cash find a way to fight back, or will Tex and the other gang members keep the upper hand?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in March.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away reveals shocking final showdown for Cash and Tex
    It's going to be "brutal".

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...inal-showdown/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has revealed a shocking final showdown between Cash and Tex following Cash's visit to the latter in prison.

Last year, viewers saw Cash's sister Felicity and Eden Fowler involved in a life-threatening car crash with Justin Morgan and Leah Patterson on Felicity's wedding day.

Though the crash was initially thought to be a result of shoddy workmanship, it was later revealed to be the work of a criminal.

Working for biker gang member Tex, the criminal cut the brakes of the car in an attempt on Cash's life for previously killing the biker gang's leader Marty in self defence.

Following the revelation Cash paid a visit to Tex in prison, spoilers for next week shown in a new teaser trailer have revealed that Tex will escape in order to personally enact his revenge upon Cash ? but will he succeed in ending Cash's life?

In upcoming scenes, Cash's life is on the line when he is kidnapped and taken to a strange and secret location at Tex's bidding.

During a shocking and terrifying final showdown, Tex will take the resident officer hostage at gunpoint. Described as a "brutal final showdown," Cash is stranded in the mystery location with no one around to save him, but will this final head-to-head cost him his life?

That's not all, as fans can expect some new arrivals as Dean and Ziggy's baby is born, as well as Dean's mother Karen turning up unexpectedly (via TV Tonight).

Hatching a plan to get rid of their unexpected guest is cut short when Ziggy's waters break and the overbearing mother-in-law inserts herself into the process. After the baby is born, things seem to be going well, but then take a turn for the worse, and the couple will face a tough challenge ahead.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away lines up 'engagement' crisis for Cash and Eden
A prank causes some drama for the couple.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...gement-crisis/

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK and Australian viewers.

Home and Away's Cash Newman and Eden Fowler are set to face a crisis in their relationship, after a prank uncovers some home truths.

TV Week reports that after Cash's sister Felicity and Tane Parata walk down the aisle, Cash wakes up the next morning nursing a heavy hangover and struggling to remember the events of the night before.

As he tries to piece together the events of the evening, he is shocked to notice that Eden is wearing the engagement ring he bought for Jasmine.

Eden then takes the opportunity to play a prank on her boyfriend and pretend they got engaged the night before. While Cash laughs along nervously, inside he's panicking.

Cash loves Eden, but isn't sure he's ready to make that commitment. When Cash finally admits he doesn't remember proposing, Eden is forced to come clean about the prank.

However, the laughter ends abruptly when Eden realises how Cash truly feels about marriage, leading her to question their future.

The scenes will air in Australia this week as part of the soap's blockbuster fortnight to celebrate its milestone 8,000th episode. UK viewers will see the scenes in May.

Along with Felicity and Tane's wedding, the episodes will also see Xander Delaney suffering a tragic loss at work, leading him to question his work as a paramedic.

Home and Away hints at new rift in Cash and Eden story
Remi puts his foot in it.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...ash-eden-rift/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Wednesday's Australian episodes (April 5), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted that Remi Carter could become the next obstacle facing Cash Newman and Eden Fowler's relationship.

Cash and Eden returned to Summer Bay following a brief holiday in Wednesday's Australian episodes, but they weren't in a loved-up state for long.

The latest problem cropped up when Cash realised that he'd have to go back to sharing Eden with her best friend Remi, who also wanted to spend time with her.

The Lyrik bandmates are often inseparable, but their relationship is purely platonic.

When Cash headed over to Eden's place to catch up with her, he overheard a playful conversation between her and Remi.

Remi was teasing Cash for buying Eden a bracelet. The romantic gesture clearly meant a lot to Cash, as he'd paid for the expensive item by trading in the engagement ring that he once purchased for Jasmine Delaney.

Cash walked in to find Eden and Remi playfully wrestling, which fuelled his fears that three would be a crowd.

The next morning, Eden confronted Remi after realising that Cash had been awkward ever since the bracelet blunder.

Eden complained: "He heard you making jokes about my bracelet last night. He's barely said a word since."

When Remi pointed out that it was just a joke, Eden insisted: "I want you to go and apologise. I need you two to get along."

Can Remi smooth the waters and convince Cash that he has nothing to worry about?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in May.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away introduces a new enemy for Cash Newman
    Detective Madden issues a warning.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...ective-madden/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has introduced a new nemesis for Cash Newman as part of the ongoing Harper and Dana Matheson storyline.

Jonny Pasvolsky has been cast in the role of Detective Madden, who made his first appearance in Monday's Australian episode (August 21).

A new storyline currently on air in Australia has seen Cash reconnect with his old friend Harper, who wants help to clear the name of her sister Dana.

Dana is on the run after her boyfriend Ollie seemingly framed her for drugs charges to save himself. When Harper asked Cash to take a look at the case, she failed to mention that she was secretly keeping Dana hidden at Irene Roberts' house.

In Monday's episode on Channel 7, Detective Madden was introduced as the senior police figure who'd been overseeing Dana's case.

Madden was clearly annoyed to find that Cash was asking awkward questions about the investigation, undermining his authority.

However, he also appeared to have a more sinister reason for not wanting Cash to dig any further, making a mysterious phone call and saying: "I need all the information you can get on Senior Constable Cash Newman."

Later, Cash was called back to the police station for another conversation with Madden, who'd discovered his personal friendship with Harper.

Madden was triumphant as Cash had failed to mention this when defending Dana.

The detective warned: "It's not okay to do favours for mates, so why don't you just stop this right now? Let me put Matheson away before you get yourself in some real trouble."

Shortly afterwards, Cash's day got worse as he sprung Harper hiding Dana at Irene's house, potentially implicating him in their antics.

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in October.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away spoilers: Cop Cash switches sides
Cash makes an alarming discovery in Dana?s case.

    https://www.nowtolove.com.au/celebri...den-rose-78645

In Home and Away, Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) continues to help old friend Harper (Jessica Redmayne) and her younger sister Dana (Ally Harris) under the suspicious eye of his boss, Madden (Jonny Pasvolsky).

Dana, who is being investigated for drug charges, has stayed in hiding until they can prove her innocence.

But doing so proves difficult with Madden convinced she is guilty.

When Harper is called in for questioning, Cash tries to arm himself with information.

Dana reveals that she was having lunch with Harper on the day the drugs were stolen ? but somehow those details never made it into her statement to Madden. Cash assures Dana that the restaurant will have CCTV footage, which could exonerate her.

Knowing freedom is within reach, Dana brags about her impending triumph to her ex-boyfriend, who tried to pin his actions on her.

"Dana is impulsive," Ally says of her character.

"She loved her ex and maybe ignored some warning signs."

"She ended up losing a lot of trust in her own instincts and perhaps put too much dependence and faith in others even if they haven't earned it."

But when Cash tries to ascertain the CCTV footage from the restaurant, he's shocked to learn Madden has already collected it. How did he know?

Later, at the police station, Madden grills Harper on her sister's whereabouts. Cash struggles to keep his cool as Madden issues them a threatening warning ? he knows they're lying and things are about to get very messy.

But it only confirms the policeman's thoughts: Madden is corrupt and working with Dana's ex. Cash reels. Whatever Madden has planned, it's sure to put everyone in danger.
