The TV Listings have the following spoilers for the finale. As it is a triple episode, I am not sure if they are going to release some extra details/spoilers at some stage. If they do, I will post them as they come to hand.
Monday 30 November (Triple Episode & Season Finale)
Justin wants to return to work. John goes on a date with someone unexpected. Martha tells Alf about Kieran's past. A setback causes Kieran to behave odd.
EDIT: It now appears likely that these are the only spoilers we will get for the finale, with any other goings on being kept under wraps! We do know however, that there will be the Parata's armed robbery & probably Colby getting bashed in prison. It looks like new character nurse Lewis Hayes, played by Luke Arnold, will also make an appearance in the finale.
