Awww sorry Lizann, I am feeling much better now, still get flu like symptoms strangely at midday and wee bit tired but arm is not so painful as it was. I have a friend who said what you said .. said if you shake me, I am going to rattle .. He was fine until a couple of months ago.. he is 82 years old but has been diagnosed with terminal cancer .. due to covid restrictions here I have not been able to see him since February or early March .. he does not want to see anyone now because of being so ill .... we had so many disagreements but I really would like to see him again one last time but have to respect his feelings ..

His partner is looking after him as best as she can and they now have the local cancer charity involved who helps with transport to hospital and translating services and palliative care has now been put in place too. I think his partner wants to look after him as long as she can at home, I doubt he will change his mind about being seein, does not even want his family come over from UK.

Good for you. I still do not feel 100% right and my arm is still very sore.
