Izzy and Karl

To Izzy’s horror, Karl discovers that he was not the father of the baby she miscarried last year. Desperate not to lose him forever, Izzy proceeds to tell what may be her lowest lie of all – that the pregnancy was a result of the baby’s real father, the late Gus Cleary, brutally assaulting her.

Karl initially believes Izzy, but everything changes when he overhears her confessing everything to her brother, Max. This time, a hysterical Izzy begs Karl not to leave her. But Karl has well and truly had enough. The emotionally exhausted doctor publically lashes out at Izzy, making it clear their relationship is over forever.

Everyone turns there backs on Izzy including Max. She then leaves for about a week but returns with a new problem !

This is all coming out during the anniversary fortnight.
I'm just really hoping it's not that she's pregnant and Karl is the father this time. Although she has been sleeping with Paul too ? bit of a rehash if they go down that story line.

I don't think he will hit her, although he may go to do so, but then stop (at least I hope he does not).

I am glad that Karl is leaving Izzy, she deserves everything she gets.
