I don't understand why the Police dog didn't detect the packaging in the flat.

Why is Daisy being so stupid ?

I thought he flushed that as well, even though it was wrapped in plastic which probably would not have flushed away. Mind you there would still have been traces of the powder in the air for the dog to sniff. Once again we a situation where reality is not allowed to interfere with a (good ?) story

Never been keen on Daisy but kind of managed to tolerate her but I hope that Stephen takes a dislike to her and does to her what he seems to be doing very well, she is just getting on my nerves, please Daniel, dump her ...

I thought he opened the packet before flushing, because he seemed harassed with trying to hurry.

She's very manipulative and Daniel needs to get away from her.

No, he opened the packet and flushed the powder.

He should worked out in advance where he was going to put it.

He did. - He opened the packet tipped the powder into the toilet, releasing some of it into the air, which the dog should have detected, then put the packet in, while flushing. He then wiped round the rim of the toilet with a tissue and flushed again. The dog would have been able to detect traces of the drugs in the air. The fact that it did not, means it was definitely time for it to retire.

No way could he have anticipated that a drug sniffer dog was going to come into The Bistro for lunch.

I accept that but you still need to plan ahead.
