Tracy has been convicted of murder and still walks the street but Dev and Bernie don't go on about that.

I wonder if Adam Barlow would consider employing Dee Dee then she could stay on the street for a while. I bet the script writers have never thought of that....

Nothing. lizann was making the point that Dev and others don't want Stu on the street because he is a convicted murderer and take every opportunity to verbally attack him in the street, yet they have no problem with Tracy living on the street and she is also a murderer.

I wish that somebody in a fit of temper would actually say that to Tracy when she is kicking off about somebody, preferably in front of many other residents just to make them all aware of her past.

Oh, so do I!! All Ken says is "Oh Tracey", as Deirdre did. AND she lives in his house with Amy ... and Steve? He needs to kick her out. Wait till she sees Ken with Wendy Crozier.

You're right. Adam having a vacancy is just a coincidence

I think most of the older residents know about Tracey and some of the newer ones must have been told by about her. I think the trouble is that when creating these storylines, each plot is handled as a separate story, and they do think about the past, and how it should link up to the present.
