It was mainly, in my opinion, the stress of getting Toyah out of the car.......Still only careless driving in my opinion.

If Toyah crashed the car with the intent to cause Imran harm I'd say the most she could be done for is attempted murder, but given the circumstances that would be a bugger to prove. Using one phone message as evidence is very sketchy in my opinion. Police forces in soaps can't get known criminals put away with evidence in front of them (see Phil Mitchell in Eastenders), something this tenuous is no hope.
