I don't get this either, and they aren't married. As I remember, Tyrone was given the house by Jack and Vera.

i thought it was tyrone and molly's house bought from jack and vera before deaths don't know how what fiz owns how involved

Tyrone is the owner of the house, he bought it from Jack & Vera (2008). Vera died before the deal went through but Jack honored the deal but stayed on as a lodger.
