He seems to have become a bit more of a caricature recently, with the silly voice way of talking, hand gestures and lack of sensitivity. It is almost as if he goes out of his way to upset Asha, instead of taking a step back and thinking before speaking to her.

I am not sure about this, but I think she would need to be in possession of the deeds, as proof of ownership before she could sell it. Certainly we were given deeds when we bought our freehold house, but it might be different for flats.

Yes, of course, she would need to prove she is the owner, otherwise people could just go round selling any old flats and houses and making a fortune before skipping off to the Cayman Islands.

Yes, I have always like Dev, but, as you say, lately he has become a bit of a caricature of himself and it is beginning to grate a bit.
