Regarding the alcohol licence, I dont know if it would matter about Yasmeen being on charges if it was in Geoff's name. To remember an old similiarity, years back in Eastenders when Grant Mitchell and Sharon were married, the licence had to be in Sharon's name as he had a record, but she could get it.

However, the speed it's been processed is ridiculously fast, bureacracy isn't the best in normal times, with the whole covid situation it's even slower.
