Soaps and tv dramas never seem to understand the difference between a rifle and a shotgun, they talk and bullets when shotguns fire cartridges containing pellets. When Derek shot thru' the door, a shotgun would have blown the whole glass out and most of the frame. Altho' we could not see clearly it looked like Robert had a single bullet would to his chest, instead of having most of his chest blown away which is what a shotgun would do at that range.
Bit of a clear out of cast members especially if Shona does not survive.
They also have trouble telling the difference between a shovel and a spade.

I seem to recall cast gathering together in past years to sing a Christmas song, but it seemed a bit out of place this year.

I can imagine they filmed scenes of her in hospital being visited before she went on maternity leave, if there are any... but good question, Dennis tanner ..

I think it was meant to maybe relieve all the tension and show that there is still friendship and love even after tragedy...

Extras get paid more if they have speaking parts, so a good question, but I image she gets paid a fix sum on her contract. Perhaps the production company should ask for a refund.

i found it too much after derek's gun spree sometimes drinking and singing is not the answer
