    I think anyone living can set up a trust fund in their will to be administered after their death, especially in the case of minors when they reach 18

    Yes, but the bulk of Audrey's money will be tied up in her house.

    Yes, that's what I meant, but David seems to be talking as though he gets the money now but will have to put up with Stephen administering it.

    Presumably they will sell her house and get the cash......unless Stephen's long term plan is to live there.
