Because last week she mentioned she kept having "waves of nausea" and because, it is the sort thing that happens in soaps, when a woman gets involved with a "wrong un" and is the left on her own.

I see there is a lot of talk on Social Media that Swain knows Joel is dead because she killed him!

Probably because she seemed to be in pain when she left the cafe last week, suggesting she had been in a fight. With the current writing in Soap's, anything is possible. Personally I thought she might have some illness. All will be revealed in time.

I thought after Lauren moved into his flat, he moved his stuff into Dee-Dee's flat. I must have imagined it but I thought there was a scene where she let him move into her bedroom.
