    could adam get shared custody, visiting with harry, did he adopt him, he should go the legal route and not jeopardise his career, sarah chose damon knowing the truth, adam deserves better

    No, he never adopted Harry so has no legal claim on custody. Stupid storyline anyway, only to have more drama between Damon and Harvey. I am rather bored with it all at the moment

    Not sure Adam does deserve better. These days he is more of a criminal than Damon.
