They already did the abuse story with Yasmeen and Geoff, perhaps they should have left it at that and just made this a story about false imprisonment and its effect on the family (Stu's wife and daughter) with maybe a corruption storyline thrown in and not dragged Yasmeen back into it.
I agree that there is something not quite right with this story. I think they trying to show that Yasmeen was so damaged by her experience with Geoff that it had affected her future relationships with any man. I dont want to say she is overreacting but she does seem to be getting into a terrible state when there is no immediate threat to her safety. Stu on the other hand could show more sensitivity and stop trying to make any contact with her when he sees how much it upsets her, or at least wait until he has some proof of his innocence.

I was very irritated by Yasmeen's hysteria, and I kind of went off her, when I have always rather liked her character, is this going to be her part for evermore, a damaged middle-aged woman who can do nothing else but squeal and yell.

But maybe, just maybe, the scriptwriters let her get over her fears and she will be able to have a good relationship with Stu or somebody else in the future..Please

Very much agreed, the storyline with Geoff was played very well, but it has got to the stage she is totally unwilling to hear anyone out. I can kinda see her point, but still, as a storyline I feel this is getting dragged out a bit.

I've warned my son he needs to start worrying about his job as he designs websites for corporate clients. They take him weeks, months even, but apparently a 15 year old can do it all in a day.

Please can we ditch the Summer story line, I am getting bit fed up now, it goes on and on about her Diabetes, I get it, the message is being sent out to Diabetics, take your insulin, surely
    they have the message now.

How she was called Summer when she is one big wet🥱

Good to see that the Weatherfield Health Service is still world beating and not part of the NHS. Billy making an appointment for Summer with the diabetic nurse for the next day. Right!

The message is surely, " Just because you're diabetic, it doesn't mean you have to be thick"
