You cannot change the send date once an email has gone, I think...... but am prepared to be educated on this. The other ongoing scenario is Abi, Kevin and Jack and the fake video business.... yawn fest... And why has Kit bought Chez and Gemma's home that is way too small for 2 adults and 5 kids??? Unless he plans to build an extension in the yard ...

She doesn't need to do any more. The email is timed to go at a certain date. You can pre-set dates for emails to be sent. There's nothing more that needs to be done.

As I understand it, you can write an email but instead of sending it, you can select a time and date in the future, when it will be sent automatically. Marketing and media companies do this with mail shots. In Lauren's case she has set up a email to the police, telling them what Joel has done, which will automatically be sent if she is not around to cancel it. This means he cannot bump her off and explains why she is not afraid of him anymore. Presumably if she gets what she wants, and goes to Ireland, she can delete it and stop it being sent. On the other hand she could go to Ireland and still allow it to be sent, out of spite for revenge. Do not ask me how you do this I haven't got a --clue. I wonder if Max helped her with this, altho" I presume she did this when she was disappeared and not in contact with him. - Just let it end. I have no sympathy with any of them, not even De-Dee for being too naive and trusting. Well maybe a little for Dee-Dee.

It's not difficult. Even I can do it at my advanced age! In fact I used the facility last Sunday. I'm sure it would be no problem to a youngster like Lauren.

Amazing coincidence that Bobby was sitting just in front of Joel in the pub when Max rang him about Lauren having the baby.

It's so unlike Corrie to have these amazing coincidences too.

On a related point, when is this tortuously boring Joel/Lauren storyline going to finish? My fast forward finger is beginning to twitch the way it did in the old Stephen days....
