He's become so arrogant that I think he just expected Ronnie to fall into line with him and persuade Roxy to sell up.

Get a prenup Ronnie, its now kinda legal here, cause Jack is liquefying all your assets.

The show really needs to clarify what AMD Dot has wet or dry, wet being the one that needs urgent treatment, wheres Dr Leg when you need him?

You can just sense the groans when the cast read they are doing more Pantomime scenes, Im shocked Tommy Allthrope isnt staring.

It's really good to hear some serious introspection from Phil as he goes through the process to get on the transplant list. I hope the storyline keeps feeling as realistic, thoroughly researched and unsensational as it does at the moment.

I agree Dazzle, but sadly we might be in a minority.

SOC has a magic gift, he can turn unlikable characters almost into likeable characters. The writing has improved ten fold. Jane was almost likeable tonight. The Jane and Stacey scenes were very good.

The orange wallpaper in Pat's house was bit I just didn't want them to change Pats house, with those masks on the wall, a bit like Hilda's house and those ducks.

The panto story line sucks, but if it means we get to see more of Ian Lavender than its a price worth paying. A lovely mention of Angie tonight and the scenes with Sharon and Phil were tonight's highlight for me.

Yes, many EE fans elsewhere on the internet are bemoaning SOC and wishing for DTC back - despite baying for the latter's blood when he was still in charge.

From what I've heard though the ratings are slightly up on this time last year, so SOC is doing fine.

Stacey is such a likeable character, I couldn't imagine the square without her now. Donna was so funny tonight talking about Jacks bits and winding Roxy up. Who says EastEnders can't do comedy.

The Bex/Shakil scenes let the episode down, a good idea but just didn't quite work. The scripts were good, it was the acting by both that was not up to scratch.
