    Arrow video/moving banners

    hiya does anyone know how to make moving or video clip banners as i dont and would like to know how, if anyone does know how please let me know.

    You take a screengrab of each individual frame of whatever scene you want animated then animate them using a programme like Animation Shop. That's how I make them!
