That's what I thought, too. Maybe Rabbit is a ghost rather than a figment of Miles' imagination. They've done supernatural storylines before on H&A. I can't wait for the mystery of Rabbit to be solved.

I think it's that he was at Vinnie's deathbed earlier in the year or something, meaning that Vinnie is now dead x

I always hoped that some were down the line that the character Vinne would return it is real shame they have killed him off again.

I know the real actor is in True Blood at moment but the door left open always gave the option for him to return in the future.
