    If they look like those that are on calendars with puppies or kittens, might be worth it :P hahaha. But gentle stretching the sciatic nerve is what you need to try and do and hopefully you will be mobile again very soon

    Been going through a bit of a rough month. At the start of the month we were told by doctors that it was only a matter of time for my father. He is seriously ill in hospital. I flew over and got a chance to chat away to him and thankfully he has been holding on. He has now stopped eating and drinking so has to be fed by tube. They can't find out what is wrong with him so are just going day by day. I took time out and went to an "off grid" camp which was the best thing I have done. It was just a moment of quiet that was necessary for me to get myself together again. I am ready to let my dad go now.
