Yeah, but he is a Dingle in when he was part of the clan, that was normal.. which is why I just cannot understand the frenzy on social media that he is back ( they see him as one of the slaves kept by Joe).. Joseph Gilgun has publicly stated he is not returning to Emmerdale and they would really have to dig deep to explain his sudden return when with all the other drama in the past he has never bothered....
