I don't want to get involved in the bitching but Gilly has been here for a long time (years) and has always used the same name. And it's pronounced Jilly I think (as in short for Gillian).

I rarely post here but I feel I have to - I am really sorry to see him leave! He's one of the most consistent characters, and a brilliant actor. Bit gutted!
