Casualty Spoilers 4th September 2021

Next week on Casualty, Iain finally gets an insight into Tina and Jacob's situation, while Stevie is left seething after making a shocking discovery about Jade.

Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:

1. Jacob takes action over Tina's anger

When Tina kicks off over wedding plans, Jacob is left wondering whether anger management may be the answer.

Alone in his office, he begins to look through leaflets on the topic, but when Iain arrives he quickly hides them, ashamed.

Iain shrugs off his friend's strange behaviour and is touched when Jacob asks him to be his best man.

2. Iain makes a worrying discovery

Despite his earlier exchange with Jacob, Iain's concerns only really begin to kick in when he finds Tina injured.

In reality, Tina has banged her head against an outside wall repeatedly through frustration but her injuries pique Iain's suspicions.

Iain immediately picks up on the fact that all is not well between the couple, despite Tina's insistence that he shouldn't get involved.

3. Jade suffers a setback

Jade is determined to prove her worth as a nurse, going the extra mile with a patient?s rude partner, Lisa, whose husband has been thrown through a windscreen after their car was hit by a van.

However, when Lisa makes a rude comment about Jade's deafness, she takes it up with Stevie, asking her to step in and defend her. Misunderstanding, Stevie initially tells Jade to toughen up.

4. Tina's manipulation intensifies

Unconvinced by Tina's explanation, Iain can't help considering the awful notion that Jacob may have caused her injuries. When Tina does nothing to dismiss this, Iain takes his concerns to Jacob, who gets tangled in his attempts to explain how Tina got hurt.

Suspicions ignited, Iain heads back to Jacob's office and digs around for the leaflets Jacob was so desperate to hide earlier. With the leaflets as evidence, Iain is certain that Jacob lashed out at Tina and injured her.

5. Jacob takes the blame for Tina

When confronted by Iain, Jacob finds it easier to trash his own reputation, choosing to confirm Iain's accusations rather than explain the truth.

Relieved at Jacob's honesty, Iain promises to support him. However, Iain's relief doesn't last long when he receives word from Control about an incident at Jacob's address.

6. Iain finally discovers the truth

At Jacob's house, Iain finally discovers what is really going on when he finds Jacob collapsed on the floor, having been stabbed with a broken bottle.

Although the couple attempt to cover up what really happened, Iain realises that he was mistaken earlier; it's Tina that's been abusing Jacob.

Taking matters into his own hands, Jacob warns Tina to leave Jacob alone or he'll call the police but is baffled when Jacob doesn't support his ultimatum.

As Jacob continues to make excuses for Tina, promises once again to be there for him no matter what. However, it's clear that Jacob has a long way to go before he can truly rid himself of Tina and her abuse.

7. Stevie makes a shocking discovery

After apologising to Jade, Stevie is intrigued to learn the reason Jade went into nursing was that she saved a woman who was trapped between a car and a burger van.

Stevie is initially in awe ? realising that Jade is the person who saved her sister Emma's life. Sadly, things quickly turn sour when Jade admits the full truth ? she was actually the one who caused the accident that trapped the woman she saved.

Although Jade remains oblivious to what she's just given away, it's evident that Stevie is now out for her blood?.
