Next week on Casualty, Dylan vows to help Paula when her worst fears become a reality, while there's a baby bombshell for Robyn, and Adi and Marty grow closer.

Here's a full collection of the seven biggest moments coming up:

1. Paula goes into labour

Determined not to let social services take her baby, Paula is hiding out on a caravan site, only to suffer complications in labour.

When a well-meaning neighbour calls 999, Dylan intercepts the emergency call and rushes to the scene where he and Jan work together to help Paula give birth safely.

Paula is overjoyed to finally hold her baby, only to deteriorate, giving Dylan no choice but to rush her Paula and the baby to the ED.

2. Dylan is powerless to help Paula

Paula is devastated to find herself in hospital, and Dylan appeals to Adi to give Paula some time with her baby. However, given that Paula had previously attempted to conceal a high-risk birth and go on the run, social services have no choice but to escalate the emergency supervision order.

With time running out, Paula desperately tries to prove she can take care of baby Ena, only to struggle to feed or change her baby.

3. Robyn makes a shock discovery

Robyn is worried to have missed her period, but her attempts to do a pregnancy test are interrupted when a visually impaired patient, Julia, is rushed into the ED.

Julia has fallen while out walking with her guide dog Lunda but she's been admitted a few times before and Robyn worries that her partner Sian may be responsible for her injuries.

When she finally gets a moment to herself, Robyn is shocked to discover that she's pregnant.

4. Dylan makes Paula a promise

An emotional Paula is forced to hand Ena over to Adi as Dylan watches on, powerless.

Realising a devastated Paula is on the verge of giving up all hope, Dylan promises her he will do all he can to help her get Ena back. But will he be able to stick to his word?

5. Paige saves the day

Despite her concerns over Julia's wellbeing, Robyn eventually discovers that Luna?s training has deteriorated during lockdown and that Julia is struggling to accept it is time for the dog to retire.

Paige then saves the day with some quick medical thinking, prompting Julia to accept that it's time to say goodbye to her beloved dog.

6. Robyn wrestles with her decision

As Robyn reels from the news that she's pregnant, she tells Paige that the father was simply a fling she had a few months back, and is no longer in the picture.

Panicked over the unexpected turn of events, and fearing what this will mean for her future, Robyn is left with a huge decision to make. But what will she do?

7. Marty asks Adi out

Adi is guilt-ridden when he is forced to remove Paula's baby into temporary foster care, but Marty is on hand to support him.

Marty invites him to the pub after work, and Adi happily accepts. Is their friendship about to become something more?
