Home and Away spoilers follow from recent Australian episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has confirmed that a new death storyline will air on Australian screens next week.

Upcoming episodes on Channel 7 in Australia see the Summer Bay community rocked as a body is found.

A new trailer released by the soap shows a crime scene and body bag on the beach, with police busy searching for clues.

Justin Morgan and Leah Patterson are among the Summer Bay favourites seen watching on, clearly shocked by the latest crime in the area.

Meanwhile, it appears that the death was no accident, as the trailer teases: "Who is it? Who did it?"

A voiceover from Felicity Newman also warns: "There's a murderer out there".

The discovery of the body comes as Mackenzie Booth's recent illegal poker nights at Salt continue to have huge repercussions.

This week's Australian episodes saw Tane Parata get stabbed at Salt after sleazy poker player PK sent thugs to terrorise Mac and smash up her business. Tane survived the attack, but it was a close call.

Mac's brother Dean Thompson stepped in to defend her in the aftermath, trying to warn off PK.

Dangerous PK retaliated by threatening the life of Dean's young son Jai Simmons.

Frightened for Jai's safety, Dean upped the ante by contacting the River Boys to help him deal with PK once and for all.

After teaming up with the River Boys to bring down PK, Dean returned home to his partner Ziggy Astoni and refused to tell her what had happened.

Could the mystery body in the Bay be related to the escalating tensions surrounding Mac's illegal events?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in late June.
