Neighbours might be coming to an end, but that doesn't mean the drama is winding down. In fact, with ex-con Felix Rodwell returning to Ramsay Street this autumn, could trouble be on the horizon?

The brother of Andrew Rodwell, Felix first arrived on the soap in early 2024, when viewers learnt that he was the biological father of JJ Varga-Murphy. Despite claiming to be reformed, Felix quickly established himself as a troublemaker and landed back in prison following a failed robbery attempt.

The bad boy was released later that year after helping to stop an attack in prison. At first, Andrew was reluctant to see his brother, but he then realised that Felix had changed for the better.

Though Felix settled back into the Erinsborough community, he was asked to leave by JJ, who felt his dad's presence would cause conflict between his mums Cara and Remi. But after almost a year away, Felix is heading back to Ramsay Street this October.

New pictures see the character (played by James Beaumont) reunited with his family, as he enjoys an outdoor breakfast with his brother, sister-in-law Wendy and niece Sadie. The Rodwells look happy as they catch up after Felix's time away.

Felix is also seen with his friend Holly Hoyland, who he supported through panic attacks last year. Holly has since begun an affair with Andrew - but will Felix suss out his brother's betrayal?

In another picture, an unconscious Wendy is lying in a hospital bed, following a sudden collapse. As the Rodwells rally around her, a worried Andrew appears full of regret.

Later Felix shares a tense chat with his brother, possibly grilling Andrew about his recent affair. Will the police officer own up to his mistake?

Elsewhere, Felix also catches up with JJ in what looks to be an amicable chat. The pair both don tool belts as they bond over a construction project. But will things be smooth sailing between them now that Felix is back?

Neighbours releases new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays for free on Prime Video in the UK and US. In Australia, the show airs from Mondays to Thursdays at 4pm on Channel 10, with a 6.30pm repeat screening on 10 Peach Comedy.

1. Holly reveals that she's leaving

Neighbours' Holly Hoyland shocks her family next week as she announces that her days in Erinsborough are numbered. Will Karl and Susan Kennedy get to the bottom of why she wants to move away?

Holly has been plotting her escape from Ramsay Street for some time now, but when she comes under pressure to explain her recent strange behaviour, she shares her intentions for the first time. Well, at least part of the story...

The tense scenes come as Karl and Susan compare notes over how Holly seems to have withdrawn in recent weeks. They're determined to find out what's going on, but Holly doesn't make it easy.

When Susan tries to question her stepdaughter, Holly snaps and shocks her with some harsh words. Karl's next up, hoping that he'll have better luck...

"Karl is very worried about Holly," our Neighbours insider shares. "While he still has no idea that his daughter is having an affair with Andrew Rodwell, he knows that she's not acting like her usual self.

"The warnings that Aaron Brennan gave before leaving Ramsay Street are also playing on Karl's mind. Aaron had urged Karl to keep an eye on Holly ? and Karl's quickly realising that he was right to raise concerns."

When Karl speaks to her, Holly decides that it's best to share a half-truth to get her family off her back. She reveals that she'll soon be moving away from Erinsborough ? and it's not up for debate.

"Holly doesn't mention Andrew's involvement, but Karl and Susan are sure to want more details of where she intends to live ? and who with," our insider adds.

"Is Holly getting dangerously close to giving the game away?"

2. Holly and Andrew's secret is under threat

Max Ramsay, Taye Obasi and Sadie Rodwell realise that they all have the day off, so they plan to make the most of it by spending some time together. They visit the V-Bar to get away from Erinsborough for a while, unaware that Holly and Andrew are there.

Just as Holly tells Andrew that she's announced her departure plans, Max, Taye and Sadie all walk in. Holly and Andrew are forced to hide, but can they stay out of sight?

3. Leo and Krista make a decision over Nicolette's offer

Leo Tanaka tries to consult with his wife Krista following Nicolette Stone's offer to become a surrogate for them. Although Krista has a rocky history with Nicolette, she senses Leo's enthusiasm for the idea.

A heart-to-heart with Terese Willis also leaves Krista convinced that Nicolette's proposal may not be such a bad idea. Leo and Krista ultimately decide that, for now, their answer is "maybe"...

1. JJ and Felix return

Neighbours brings back JJ Varga-Murphy next week ? but he's not returning to Ramsay Street alone. Can he keep himself out of danger after leaving the safe house?

When JJ reappears following his time away with Remi and Dex in Apollo Bay, he shares a heartwarming reunion with Cara. However, with JJ's donor Felix Rodwell also coming back to Erinsborough, the teen suggests that Felix should live with them at No.30 to provide some extra protection.

JJ's brainwave comes as the Varga-Murphys remain in danger after crossing the dangerous Linwell brothers again. The criminal siblings blame Cara for the recent press attention surrounding their dodgy dealings ? and have threatened to take revenge.

Cara and Felix both agree that it's a good idea for him to move in at No.30, but Cara's dad Greg is far less enthusiastic?

"Greg is playing both sides and fears that his double identity will be exposed if Felix is keeping a close eye on the family," our Neighbours insider explains.

"The sly newcomer talks Cara out of having Felix at the family home, claiming that he'd only stand in the way when they're trying to focus on rebuilding their father-daughter bond."

Felix is left dismayed when Cara changes her mind, but he soon suggests that he should team up with her, JJ and Greg on a new woodworking project.

Despite Greg's best efforts, it seems that Felix will never be too far away?

2. Holly manipulates Max

Andrew Rodwell finds himself trapped in the storage cupboard at the V-Bar, having been forced to hide when his daughter Sadie, Max Ramsay and Taye Obasi nearly caught him there with Holly Hoyland.

Holly sees the funny side of the situation, but with the stakes so high, Andrew is far from amused over the latest near-miss.

Continuing to manipulate those around her, Holly plays drunk to give Andrew an opportunity to slip away. Concerned for their friend, Max and Taye rush in to get Holly safely back home.

With everyone ? particularly Max ? fussing over her, Holly starts to feel guilty as she realises how much she has isolated herself from her friends recently.

3. Felix starts to get suspicious

Andrew arrives home late for Felix's 'welcome home' dinner after the drama at the V-Bar. Felix takes Andrew to one side, questioning why he's been so flustered recently.

Andrew denies that there's anything wrong and tries to shift the attention back to Felix, quizzing him on whether he's glad to be home. As Felix gushes over the importance of family, Andrew feels terrible over how he's betraying the Rodwells.

4. Holly becomes uneasy over Andrew

When Holly sees Andrew playing happy families with the Rodwells, she starts to question the dynamics in their relationship. While Holly has made sacrifices by pushing her friends and family away, it seems that nothing has really changed for Andrew.

Later, Holly points out that Andrew could take the pressure off at any time by ending things with Wendy. She reiterates that she's prepared to give up everything for Andrew, but is he starting to have second thoughts?

Neighbours love rat Andrew Rodwell faces a worrying ultimatum next week, as Holly Hoyland gives him a strict deadline to end his marriage. As Holly becomes fed up with being Andrew's "other woman", she makes it clear that she expects him to cut ties with his wife Wendy soon?

Next week's episodes see Holly struggle with the realisation that Andrew is still playing happy families with Wendy and their daughter Sadie.

It's tough for Holly to see that Andrew's life seems to be carrying on as normal, while she has made major sacrifices by dumping Max Ramsay and distancing herself from her friends.

"Andrew steps in to reassure Holly when he realises how hurt she is," our Neighbours insider explains. "He admits that their deception can't carry on for much longer, as he hates deceiving everyone around him."

Under pressure, Andrew reiterates to Holly that he's looking forward to starting a new life together on the Peninsula.

However, plans for them to explore the location together are scrapped when Andrew can't go, which leaves Holly in the lurch yet again.

"Holly decides to go alone, but warns Andrew to break up with Wendy before she gets back," our insider adds.

"Andrew agrees that it's the best way to end their destructive cycle of deceit ? but when he's faced with evidence of how much Wendy still loves and cares for him, he's torn?"

Will Andrew really go through with it?

2. Greg receives disappointing news

Cara Varga-Murphy waits for news over some dodgy warehouses that are being investigated after incriminating discoveries made on a hard drive connected to the Linwell brothers. However, she's disappointed when the searches all come to nothing.

Greg hopes that the Linwells will now back down, so he confronts Tania and urges her to leave his family alone as he's done everything that was asked.

Tania coldly refuses, making it very clear that Greg's family are still in danger?

3. Felix grows suspicious over Greg

Felix Rodwell correctly suspects that Greg had an ulterior motive for warning Cara not to let him move in at No.30. He questions Greg, but gets nowhere.

Felix doesn't realise that Greg is carrying a gun. How much of a threat does he pose?

4. Paul makes a new business alliance

Paul Robinson struggles now that he's been cast out at the hotel. His daughter Elle is also struggling with finding a new direction for her career, after her recent struggles in journalism.

Paul comes up with an inevitable brainwave ? he and Elle should go into business together. With such a fearsome duo, does Erinsborough need to watch out?

Trouble ahead!

1. The walls close in on Greg

Neighbours newcomer Greg Murphy could be in big trouble next week ? as Felix Rodwell realises that he's not to be trusted. Can Greg stay ahead and protect his secret agenda?

As Cara Varga-Murphy continues her mission to expose the Linwell brothers and their latest dodgy dealings, she's unaware that Greg is working with them behind her back.

Initially, Cara's disappointed when her work bosses call time on the police's official investigation into the Linwells ? arguing that no strong leads have been created and it's time to move on.

Refusing to back down so easily, Cara decides to go rogue by finding new evidence herself in the hope that it will salvage the case.

"Cara decides to visit the warehouse where she first encountered the Linwells' associate Ricky Denham," our Neighbours source explains.

"While snooping around, she finds a single unused bullet ? which is a difficult reminder of just how high the stakes are."

Meanwhile, Felix smells a rat when Greg sides with Cara's boss Tony over the Linwell case being shelved. Greg suggests that it's time for Cara to back down, but it seems strange that he wouldn't encourage his daughter's natural fighting spirit.

Felix also soon spots Greg in a heated conversation with Ricky, which is yet another red flag. Greg makes his excuses for this, but Felix isn't buying it.

Once alone, Greg looks at the gun that's in his possession. What does he plan to do with it?

2. Elle sets out her game plan

Elle Robinson confesses to Zac Willis that she's interested in Felix, but is playing hard to get around him.

When Felix suddenly wants to chat to Elle, she assumes that her playful tactics are working. Elle is wrong-footed when she realises that Felix just wants information on the hit-and-run incident and Greg's dodgy behaviour.

3. Colton and Zac's issues continue

Colton Keys questions Zac after spotting a tattoo on his back, but Zac is cagey about its meaning. Zac also turns down Colton's idea of going for coffee together, but soon regrets being too abrupt in his approach.

Zac tells Colton that he wants to go out somewhere after all, but Colton resorts to tit-for-tat behaviour and rejects him out of pettiness. Can the two guys ever get closer?

4. Krista makes her decision ? or does she?

Krista Tanaka decides to accept Nicolette Stone's offer to have a baby for her and Leo. The turning point comes after Krista and Nicolette spend a successful day co-parenting Abigail and Isla together.

However, while Nicolette and Leo are both overjoyed by the development, Krista still seems secretly uneasy. Is she really on board with the idea?
