Has anybody got plans for any nice holidays next year? I am looking forward to going to Spain again for some sunshine and warmth at Easter time. :)

well apart from the bog standard week in Devon with the family I doubt I'll be going anywhere else next year - spending all my money on gig tickets - Rihanna/Pink & Lady Gaga. Will be a busy and expensive year for me, but they'll be worth it and I'll probably enjoy that more than a holiday!
Palestine in March/April and hopefully Florida for Christmas. Need to get a well paying job over the summer to fund it.
This summer I will definately go touring on my motorbike for two weeks.
Typical man!
Have you got a side car for your wife and children?
(My hubby has a bike and goes off for 'tours'. One of my brothers-in-law has a motoguzzi and side car and he used to take his children and wife when the girls were younger).
No side car. Just me and the bike :D
I was planning on going at xmas but with the bad weather have wisely decided otherwise
going to the Carribean for 2 weeks in July with the parentals after GCSE's are all over.
well, it the Dominican republic in the carribean, but whenever I tell my friends this, they think I'm going to like Latvia or somewhere Russian. I think they get confused with Czech republic tbh :P
2 weeks in the sun will be heaven after the hell of exams :D
Hopefully going to florida for a month in the summer again
No idea. I'm skint so will be trying to work for as much as possible without going on holiday. Probably go Ireland visiting family but that's about it.
Good old Skeggy for a week to see my Grandma.
Home to Denmark!
Nowhere I don't think. My dad wants to come back to Australia to Ballarat (near Melbourne - google Sovereign Hill) to go gold digging with a couple of his old gardening employees and this guy he met who works at Sovereign Hill who gold digs. I think I'll leave them too it though. Don't fancy staying in the same place for a month! Plus it will be winter. :p
I'll probably try and work over the summer, get a bit of money saved up.
Jamaica (maybe) and hopefully Disney Land Paris (:
nowhere now! we wanted to take connor back to butlins as he loved it so much but for some reason now i will have 3 children i wont be able to stay in the hotel and i CANNOT sleep in the cardboard chalets they have there!!! might try and have a weekend up to see my auntie in stafford as she hasnt met aimee yet but other than that nothing :(
Hope you have a great time :) xx
Surprise Surprise, I am going to Germany again but this time I am bringing my mum and dad so should be fun... next year we will plan a holiday somewhere else like Austria or France
Will be going to the USA for 7 weeks, no surprise here, but if I am honest...since traveling with my partner who is not American, I get to see so much more of my own country than I would if I had still been in the USA.. BONUS is getting to see my grandbabies
I have always wanted to go to New York but i have developed a fear of flying
Try to get hypnosis treatment, worked for a friend of mine who also was scared of flying. She went to Oz afterwards and has been to visit me in Germany. I have been to NY and loved it.
I'm going to Magaluf in June with some friends! I can't wait.
We haven't booked it yet though, hoping to do so this week!!
:D First time on a plane too :D
Woo! :D Good luck!
The family are thinking of to Switzerland for a week but nothing confirmed yet...
I'm moving to Germany, but aside from that... no holiday for me!
I'm quite lucky as we have help from the Uni, it's part of my degree!
Frankfurt am Main
Big place, been there once to the airport. Hope you like it there :)
Cool. One of my German friends got very excited, as she'll be able to see the European Central Bank when she comes :rotfl:
I have a couple of questions. Dates to be arranged but will be before the school summer holidays, about June time.
1. Where is the best place to go on the Eurostar? Obviously not too expensive as I don't have a lot of money.
2. Should I book accommodation through Eurostar or somewhere else? If so, are there any cheap hotel sites for Europe?
3. Would it be cheaper to go as a foot passenger on a ferry or fly to somewhere on the continent rather than Eurostar? Obviously it will take longer but if it costs half the price then I'd take that option. I'm not after a specific cost but just which is generally the cheaper option.
i tend to use hostelworld for cheap places to stay, i see it more as a bed for the night, but i have stayed in a few and i have been really pleased w ith the accomodation.
In regards to the travel just shop around, i have had really cheap flights in the past but also if you get a coach that can be good as it has the ferry crossing incluided in theprice.
We just booked our family holiday to Morocoo today 21st July - 5th August :D
You will love Morocco Abbie, if you do the day trip to Gibraltar, please give me a shout. We are only a short ferry trip apart!
Ooo I will remember that :D
Nowhere! furthest i've been this year is Scarborough
Some friends and I are going to Watchet on Monday until Friday. I got outvoted on the choice of destination
We booked our flight with SAS this year, since last year we tasted the luxury of Buisness class seats and we were SPOILED,, so my fella decided we were going Biz class this year to the states, plus we got a letter from HERTZ,, saying we have been given an upgrade to a better car..so this will be a comfy 8 week vacation to the USA ,,I know it sounds boring that we go to the USA every year, but hey gang my family is there and my grand sons..and my 89 year old mom..
Hope every one who just took off for vacation has a wonderful time, :cheer::clap::D
