Another good post. We never saw or heard Justin interviewed by the Police. He would have been interviewed and that would be the appropriate time to make his claims. The Judge should point this out to the jury, but will she? Probably not.

Gail, people don't always need to tell the truth, and by tell, I mean, say it out loud.

If any of the jury were in the slightest doubt they wont be after Justin's latest outburst.
