The character (played by Steve Coogan) lived in Norwich.

It does not say much for Super Efficient Businessman Stephen's organizational skills, when he leaves it until the last minutes to appoint a Supervizor. Did I miss a bit as to why they are setting up in Norwich rather than somewhere closer to Weatherfield.
