I have been in Ireland since Friday got back late Tuesday evening and then went to bangor to drop some stuff off yesterday, so its been a lot of travelling!
Had a amazing time with the family in Ireland though, ive missed them, a bit too much drinking though! My poor liver.
It was a great surprise though, my aunt had no idea.
Now just need to get ready to go back to uni.

I've had a busy day. Been to the dentist to get my brace altered as it didn't fit properly. Also seen my granddad who said he'll give me some money for uni. My sister will go ape if she finds out because they've pretty much disowned her for being pregnant, presumably because she's not married
It really annoys me that my grandparents throw money at me for my education yet now that my sister is pregnant they're not interested in their great grandchild because of the circumstances. I really don't see a problem; she's in a stable relationship (4years), own house, own car, well paid job. But she's not married. Seriously, what difference does it make? Our parents aren't married and are still together nearly 25 years later.
I'm not going to turn the money down, my granny will be offended but it makes me feel bad when they give me hundreds of pounds spending money for a holiday, a few months later I get another four hundred quid, money for my birthday a few months after that, then christmas money. Not forgetting the textbooks they buy me. I am grateful, I really am but it's just not fair that my sister gets nothing because she chose not to go to uni.
And I know Nic will ask me if they're giving me money. Do I lie and say no to spare her feelings or say yes and rub it in that she's not good enough for them (as they see it)?
Anyway, got my brace in now and it feels weird. I keep slurping like an old woman because the saliva is collecting on the plate.
Finishing off the packing tomorrow then it's away to uni on Saturday.

Bad, bad day. A property deal went sour many years ago and eventually got sorted about 3 years ago. The solicitor stated that the insurance company would pay up which I was so happy about at the time. Got a letter today from the solicitor that the highest court in the country had had a ruling in a similar case to mine and had ruled in favour of the insurance company and I am now going to be broke for the next 2 years to pay back nearly £4000. :crying: Luckily I can pay in installments and the solicitor is not charging any interest. Still, plenty of people are a lot worse off than myself, I have to bear that in mind.

I played hookey from work today Marley woke up choked with the cold and a sore head and tummy because she not pooed for a couple of days. So I took the day of work to look after her. I'm a caring mother really despite what she says.

Well I'm back at the flat. I'm tempted to go back out but...its 1.30 and I can't be bothered with the walk, albiet short. :p I'm just waiting for my flatmates to come back now!
So I have a guy coming round to watch House on Monday lol. And I was talking to a nice girl from B'ham for a bit. Met various other people. It was the free white T-shirt party tonight. All in all a very good evening. :D
My flatmates are quite awesome. We had a pre-lash before we went out it was hilarious. I'm just sitting here now with my vodka and coke that I didn't quite finish before we went out. Good times. :p
But I STILL can't log into facebook! Grr.

My central heating boiler is on the blink, I am frozen and there is no hot water. The engineer cannot come out until Sunday pm (when I had other plans - now cancelled). Thank goodness there is an electric shower in the boys bathroom, my power shower is an instrument of torture at the mo.
On top of that I have another virus and hubby is in the states for a few weeks.
Anyone got any good news?

I've got a throat infection :( Going to uni today but I doubt I will be out tonight. I feel like a badgers backside.

Not sure about good news but the weather here is great, it is warm and sunny, makes me feel a lot better :)
I hope you are feeling better real soon, all the best, Trinity and Abigail xx

Tonight was a good night. All but one flatmate is back now. I have no idea where this one guy is he's always at some random flat party lol.
May have a night in tomorrow.
