Sadly, Kym Marsh and boyfriend Jamie Lomas have today announced the loss of their baby.

Kym was rushed to a Manchester hospital on Monday night. Baby Archie Jay Lomas was born last night 18 weeks prematurely, and passed away shortly afterwards.

Kym, who plays barmaid Michelle in Coronation Street, and Jamie, who plays Warren in Hollyoaks, released a statement today saying, ‘Archie is our beautiful angel and we will miss him so much. Thank you all for your support.’

The couple announced their pregnancy last December.

After R&B singer Chris Brown’s recent arrest, he has not only been dropped by chewing gum brand Wrigley and the 'Got Milk' campaign, but now has had his songs banned by a radio station.

Brown was arrested and bailed for $50,000 (£34,000) over an alleged assault against a woman, identified in the press as girlfriend Rihanna. The couple were due to perform at the Grammys on Sunday, but their appearance was cancelled and they are said to have starting fighting in their car.

Now a radio station in the US has said, ‘After the alleged incident the phones exploded. It's all that people wanted to talk about. They were outraged at this alleged behavior and wondered why we were continuing to support his music. I agreed and immediately pulled all Chris Brown songs from my show until this thing shakes out in the legal system.’

Sources describe Rihanna’s injuries as ‘horrific’ and she is now said to be ‘fully cooperating’ with police after leaving hospital earlier this week.

Both have cancelled upcoming shows and appearances.

After a picture of Miley Cyrus and her mates pulling their eyes into slants caused a race row last week, the singer has tried to apologise.

Not enough apparently, as an LA woman is launching a lawsuit against Miley on behalf of the city’s entire Asian Pacific Islander community – about 1 million people.

Lucie J Kim says Miley should have known the impact of her actions, and thinks she and everyone else is entitled to about $4,000 (£2,800) each.

Miley has blogged twice about the photo, first saying she was just ‘making a goofy face’ and it meant nothing, and then eventually apologising for the offence.

Leona Lewis has been forced to issue a statement after becoming implicated in the recent Chris Brown and Rihanna scandal.

Lewis reportedly caused the 'Umbrella' singer to fly into a rage after Brown was seen chatting to her.

"At one point, Rihanna caught Chris flirting with Leona," the source told Star magazine.

"They were carrying on and laughing, and Rihanna saw Chris with his hand on the small of Leona's back. It may have been innocent, but that set Rihanna off."

However, a spokesperson for Lewis insisted: "This has nothing to do with Leona."

Another friend denied the reports, saying: "I can't imagine this has anything to do with Leona. Leona's not like that. She wouldn't flirt and is happy in her own relationship," reports Metro.

Chris Brown is reported to have allegedly assaulted Rihanna, leaving the singer with "horrific" injuries.

Peaches Geldof and her husband Max Drummey have announced that they are to end their six-month marriage, reports The Sun.

The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas last August after dating for about a month.

A statement said that the Chester French musician and his 19-year-old wife decided to part ways after "much soul-searching".

It read: "Our parting is amicable and both of us still respect and care about each other immensely.

"There were no other people involved in this decision and we both look forward to a future as good friends. Peaches Geldof will continue to split her time between New York and London."

Friends claimed that Drummey, 24, remains "besotted" with Geldof, who refused to see him over the festive period. Sir Bob's daughter had earlier admitted that she did not think her marriage would last.

Peaches Geldof did not tell her father about her divorce before she announced it online, it has been claimed.

According to the London Lite, Peaches's sister Fifi and father Bob first learned that she had split from Max Drummey by reading a gossip website on the internet.

A source said: "Peaches released a statement through her PR team but hadn't even told anyone in her family.

"There were a frantic few phone calls made as they tried to find out what was going on."

The source added that although he would have preferred to have found out another way, Bob was pleased to hear the news because he had never approved of the marriage.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the couple's break-up was a result of Geldof's infidelity with Donald Cumming, a US rock singer with The Virgins.

It seems that there is not a lot of communications going on in the Geldof family

Miley Cyrus is reportedly facing a $4 billion lawsuit after being accused of pulling a "racist pose" in a photograph.

The Hannah Montana star sparked controversy when a leaked image surfaced last week, showing the teenager pulling her eyes into a slant.

According to TMZ, a Los Angeles-based woman named Lucie J. Kim, who claims to represent more than one million Asian Pacific Islanders in the LA area, has filed suit against Cyrus.

Kim has accused the star of violating civil rights, claiming that she "should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life".

The court documents, filed at LA's County Superior Court today, show that Kim is asking for $4,000 damages per potential claimant.

Cyrus issued a second apology for the photo yesterday after an Asian Pacific American group slammed her first explanation as "inadequate".

Representatives for Cyrus have declined to comment.

COPS were last night investigating whether an injury that forced pop star RIHANNA to wear an eye patch was caused in a bust-up with boyfriend CHRIS BROWN.

According to police sources, the Barbados-born singer, 20, suffered a scratched cornea last year and began wearing a patch to cover her red and sensitive eye.

It is thought she then incorporated the accessory into her stage costume — including the glittering diamond-encrusted version she sported at the 2008 American Music Awards.

Umbrella star Rihanna suffered a bloody nose, swollen lip and facial bruising in an alleged bust-up with 19-year-old R ‘n’ B star Brown before last Sunday’s Grammy awards.

Los Angeles cops are now probing an alleged history of violent rows between the pair and claims of possible abuse in the past.

A police source said: “We’re investigating if her eye injury could have been caused by Brown.

“There could be an innocent explanation — but police believe Rihanna has previously refused to make a complaint against Brown. She is now being asked about her past injuries and is beginning to open up about incidents in their relationship.”

An LAPD source said: “We’re talking to her friends and management, who say she’s appeared with mysterious marks or injuries before, but always refused to explain what happened.

“There was one instance when she suddenly appeared with an eye patch, saying her cornea had been scratched.”

Brown was charged with making threats following Sunday’s alleged episode.

It is believed a domestic assault charge will be added or substituted as the main charge.

The Sun can reveal that after the weekend’s apparent bust-up, devastated Rihanna was reluctant to file a police complaint, but was persuaded to by her mum Monica.

Reports also claimed the singer was spotted with a bruise to her neck last December — but kept quiet about what caused it.

US Weekly magazine said: “Chris and Rihanna have a very volatile relationship. He can be quite wild and demanding.”

The mag said further cracks in the relationship became apparent two days BEFORE the Grammys at a party hosted by Timbaland.

An onlooker claimed Brown flew into a jealous rage — accusing Rihanna of sleeping with the hip-hop legend and producer.

Brown gave himself up to cops on Sunday and was charged before his release on $50,000 bail.

He is due in court on March 5.

His lawyer Mark Geragos did not return calls or emails last night.

Chris Brown's sister has jumped to the singer's defence, claiming that he is "never violent".

Lytrell Bundy told Extra TV that Brown was 'coping well' with the press attention after allegations that he assaulted girlfriend Rihanna.

"He's never been prone to aggression. He's always been a good boy - never violent," she said.

She added: "He's doing good. He's coping... He's doing as... as to be expected."

Rihanna was forced to pull out of a concert in Indonesia after reportedly suffering "horrific" injuries in the alleged attack.

It's been reported in the media that 47-year-old George Clooney is dating Fatima Bhutto, the niece of assassinated former Prime Minister of Pakistan. The pair allegedly met at an international conference last year, according to the National Enquirer, and "George has courted her by phone and email, and arranged to meet her abroad when their schedules allowed." Fatima is a 26-year-old poet and journalist and reportedly "wants to take their relationship to the next level" though she is well aware of George's "heart-throb rep".
