If there was no one in the solicitors office when Seb fell, how could Anna have got in assuming the door was locked. If there was someone in the office they would have seen Anna going up stairs, and as she did not go up stairs they would know. No one came out from the office when Seb fell or when the ambulance came so it seems easy enough to prove Anna did not do it.
