I think Debbie has a very good excuse to dump Pete! Not unreasonable at all.

Can't wait until Charley Webb's maternity leave so that we can see an end to this. Bad enough that he's been called Moses, but his father and his half-sister? The kid will grow up traumatised!

To be honest, i think it's going to be revealed Ross isn't really Moses dad when Charity comes back.

The villagers in Emmerdale are idiots. There is evidence to say Aaron called Katie, it is now publicly known the affair started before the wedding and Robert turned up late to the wedding. Writers go for credible story telling yet its anything but.

Chas as Katie's best friend has backed up Aaron's storyline that Katie wanted a car as she was leaving Andy, but did Katy not have her own car, which Belle locked herself into during one of episodes?

What town or city did Paddy walk back to Emmerdale from?

Yeah I'm sure that Katie as Chas's best friend would really appreciate her making Andy feel even worse... I just find the whole thing disgusting

I think it was Ross before he left - I think he was hired - he had a strange phone call a few episodes back where he said - it's all in hand. Don't know who hired him. Whoever the shooter was they were a good shot to aim in the dark and (a) hit Robert not Chas and (b) hit him where they did - I think it must have been from back to front as he fell forward. Robert was such a nasty piece he could easily have upset someone we don't know yet who may have hired Ross. It was a bit sudden Ross deciding to leave just when he was getting closer to Debbie.

Racist Eric wasn't funny at all, just very forced storyline. Making some kind of point about racism..It went all too far with David lecturing Eric about little Amba and Eric returning her toys..They should have left it on the street.

Belle telling Kirin she loves him, he just wanted to run, poor Belle

That was a stupid place for Aaron to hide the gun, where he owns and works

I thought the same. I spoke to my mum about it and she said something was said about the car(s) being picked up. I can't recall it myself but presumably he's hoping that the gun will be destroyed with the car.

I know nothing about guns or cars but wouldn't they be at risk of the gun going off at some point during transit and demolition? Would the car even run properly with a gun stashed in it (unless they were getting a tow truck.)

Was the car where Aaron hid the gun the same model as Joanies?
Maybe Zak may come looking for an engine part and discover it.

So Lawrence did propose to Bernice. It sounded like something she might make up, like the time that she told Andy she was pregnant with twins.

If Eric carries on like this it'll be Who Shot Eric? next. It's good that Chris Chittell has had some more serious material as I think he has been underused in recent times. It's also good that death isn't forgotten about within a week like it usually is, but he's going too far in the unlikeable stakes now.

The car that Aaron hid the gun in looked like a Mk4 Volkswagen Golf. I couldn't really tell what Joanie's was but it seemed more of a Renault than a VW.

Even if they had been the same make, Joanie's was a G plate (1989.) The car the gun went in would be late 90's at the earliest. Parts were probably different in that time. Don't think that would stop the writers necessarily, though.

Aaron and Adam's professional business is scrap. When Aaron stashed the gun in the engine compartment of the car, Aaron knew that the car was scheduled for collection for final disposal (there are a number of real-life scrap metal yards around Leeds, including one called Ross Metals Ltd not too far from Emmerdale's filming location at Harewood!). Presumably, Aaron would have made the gun safe by emptying it of bullets and then thoroughly cleaned it for all traces of DNA before placing the gun inside the car's engine compartment. Aaron is a street-wise lad and self-employed experienced ex-car mechanic, after all.

The problems will start if the car is not collected and taken away from Emmerdale and someone finds the gun in the engine (By the police? By Adam? I am sure that Adam could have his own agenda for wanting to take over the Emmerdale scrap business as sole proprietor if given any kind of chance!). Aaron is so far going to soon be arrested on Thursday 15th October (for gun possession?). How he gets out of this (and the current spoilers suggest that somehow he does!) remains to be seen. Soaplife storylines are so fantastic really! lol
