I have tons of work for AS level - it's so much different to GCSE, it's quite surprising. I have 3 essays to do, a magazine analysis, a book to read, a 2 page write up to do for ICT, Media questions to answer and prepare a seminar!
Woah, thats a lot of homework. I never got as much as that for AS. Usually I'd get some questions for business and biology and reading for physics. Saying that though, I rarely did homework because I wasn't there half the time to get it.Quote:

Woohoo we finished for half term yesterday - so pleased, though i bet it goes really quick :( - dont suppose i will do much over half term, though im going on a train one day and then got my cousin coming next friday with her little boy :D which im happy about :D
Meh, not on half term till the week after :( Break up on Fri I think (well Thurs, 'cause I don't have Fris anyway.) Wish it was nowww!

I need to revise for a computing text and i need to write a personal essay on the landlady!
But other then that i'm just planning on relaxing. Got one more week left then im back to school! as i've been off all this week:D
Pretty average day. Some guys came from Newcastle uni to give us a talk on personal statements. I feel more confident now, they made several important point and gave us some excellent pointers on what to include. I think I'm going to have a bash at mine over half term.
Got my car yesterday, an old Fiat Punto. I've been out in it once last week. Its a lot different to my instructor's car. It doesn't have ABS or power steering. It hates being in anything less than 4th over 15mph. You're likely to get whiplash if you sit in the back (mainly because I speed). But still, it's a car, my very own, first car and I'm proud of it :thumbsup: My parents have bought it for my for my birthday in two weeks off my sister. She calls it Boris but I think I'll have to change it's name (any ideas welcomed). My test is in four weeks so hopefully I'll pass first time then I can drive my car without anyone telling me to stop speeding. Saying that though, there's no chance of me doing anything more than 70mph at any time. I'm going to shut up about my car now...
Shouldn't speed. I can't stand speeders lol. They cause most accidents. :nono:
Lucky you Jelly Belly! I'm getting my sisters old nissan primera banger, my parents are going to buy her a new car! She was so slow at first now she speeds a bit :lol:
I'm so tired it's 4am and we're just about to leave for the aiport. :crying: Early morning flights should be banned! :p
Woohoo i just recieved the programme i use to make banners on account of losing my old disk so had to re-buy it, now i can make banners again the way i know best - i am very happy right now
