so it was robert behind connor set up and lies
Looks like it ... another one of Robert´s ex ...
How come the police were not involved in an unexplained death.
Probably be shown tomorrow ..
The police should have been at the scene before the body was removed..
Did the lady that died give Tim some of her jewellery for Kevin in Corrie :p
I hope Lawrence is really wise to Robert and has his own investigator on to Connor
I suspect Suzie had a heart attack from the effects of an adverse alcohol/coffee (caffeine) reaction on a weak heart.
The paramedics seem to have assumed a natural death with no suspicious circumstances. The body was taken away later and I guess we will see police questions to follow.
Tomorrow's storyline is about how Rodney encourages Jimmy to sell Suzie's expensive jewellery. Maybe the jewellery has already been included in her will for someone else and a toxicology report might reveal she was too drunk to know what she was doing when saying that Jimmy could have it. There could be any of various possible storylines coming from this.
I was hoping that Connor was a chancer working alone and that for once in a while Robert would have some kind of redeeming storyline, but he's just nasty, selfish and sly again as usual. I wonder what Andy does to Robert as comeuppance over Katie's death? The pressures are really building up in Emmerdale again! We're due for a permanent bad boy exit, I reckon.
I was hoping Jimmy could get his house back or at least save his business with the money from jewellery!
about time someone told brenda that bob was in jail because she shopped him, go harriet, hope carly is kept in jail
I didn't like Joanie's advice to Belle about sex
So is Bob totally free and off the hook now for fraud?
in ireland ambulance crews aka paramedics cant take dead bodies only undertakers to morgues etc.,
I wish they had written Alicia´s exit like Nicola´s .... she is going to give Portugal a go and then maybe further down the line her and David decide to call it a day due to distance .... hated watching them say good-bye, did not feel right, was so contrite in my view :( Poor Jacob :(
It was strange yes the way David and Alicia split up. I can fully understand why Alicia felt she wanted to go.. What I can't get is - why didn't Eric go with them?? That's what would have happened in real life..Nothing to keep him in the village when val gone. If David would have said no still then, well...
Poor Cheryl on Val's grave
I didn't like Alicia's exit, very rushed and seemly now Lachlan wins
I liked Alicia scenes with Lisa
priya should tell kirin as his father wont
surprised adam called james his dad, thought that would always be john
I hope little Johnny survives
Erik is one nasty little man - never ever have I liked him! Just awful! And now he wants to put poor dog down too ??! David is totally spineless too - always has been.. Why couldn't he say NO to Erik and keep dog himself??
Plus that that dog was visibly terrified of Eric for real! It was wrong to put her in that situation.
No matter how much he was grieving I've never seen a person that unreasonable! Marlon has lost two of his wives.. He knows what he's talking about..
If Eric was my dad I would leave him by himself, David should have gone to Portugal, stupid man.. Like father like son.
Grief does strange things to the behaviour of people, you have Eric grieving for Val, David grieving for Val, his marriage and he is worried sick about his dad. Can´t say I saw a scene where the dog was visibly terrified of Eric, will watch repeats and keep a close eye on it.
mariba, in a way I am glad you have seen seen a person grieving this badly because it is heartbreaking to observe. I would never leave anyone in this state, they need all the support and help they can get, not condemnation
There's a limit to that as well! In eric's case it's nothing but self pity and I'm getting really irritated with it. David once said to him already that 'i leave you alone, but I'm here when you need me ' And then he didn't.. That's what I mean, to leave him be - he would crawl back eventually. He's such a mean man that I for one don't have any sympathy for him.
Val's funeral was a joke with eric's behaviour. He had plenty of time to grieve and get himself together in two three weeks, how about Catholic funerals where you have to plan funeral service straight away and burial in 2-3 days. Grieving is a long process but eric's behaviour has been totally ott.
That dog went behind David with tail between her legs when she saw Eric or whatever his real name is -I would never allow my dog to be shouted at and treated like that in any soap etc.
Whole Emmerdale has become nothing but a miserable crying game anyway! We see more snot every evening than anything else..

1) Every single person is different, you can't really 'normalise' griefing behaviour and I've read that Eric used to be sort of a villian in the past. So some of that behaviour resurfacing would be realistic for his character.
2) You would really leave someone in that state? Suicide - or harm to others is a real concern here. I seeiously hope you wouldn't leave someone like that to themselves.

Eric is afraid to admit his own part in Val's death as in locking her in with Diane and now he is part to blame for David's marriage to Alicia ending
I am glad his grieve isn't rushed as Chris Chittell is doing a good job in his portrayal
Poor Sarah now being used in Emma Vs. Debbie war
Cain or Adam's sisters and brothers have not visited baby Johnny
I agree that Eric is feeling guilty over Vals death
- and he should - but hes trying to put it on
others. That is quite a common reaction in
these circs.
Also tho many years after the event he spun
Val a tale about not being involved in Elizabeths
death-those who watched at the time were
given the opposite impression. ??
He has been turned into a "softer" character in
recent years.
But whatever has/ has not happened - he is in
dangerous mental state and needs to be
protected from himself- so that at least the
"soap truth" can emege .Also so that others
( inc several small children who live nearby)
can be protected -until he normalises/
receives treatment/ punishment etc as
appropriate??
was debbie going to see pete at his caravan but saw ross there so took up with him
I facepalm at the moment Ross throws the bag under the caravan. Really... There was no need.
dupl
Thank god David didn't have Cheryl put to sleep and cremated
Eric is just horrible man.. Cant watch him anymore.. Had sound off and did my homework from course.. Much more interesting than Emmerdale at the moment, I have to give it up.. Erik crying, David crying, Pete crying, Debbie crying, Vanessa crying, Adam crying, Moira crying and list goes on.. Who has been happy?? Well, carly and April were cute and ross with April in the pub. Ross annoys me these days, I wish now that he was killed off! He was much more interesting before he got so obsessed with Debbie! And Debbie is totally unreasonable with Pete. Whatever he did, he's not Cameron -Debbie is just using this as an excuse to dump him! She really is a 'tart' like carly said.. They've managed to ruin Debbie completely I used to like her before.. I just hope they don't do the same with Belle.
Pete and Vanessa would be a good couple,I wish they put them two together.
