A better episode tonight. Mel was funny in the Vic when she raised her glass to Sharon. Keanu and Louise must be the most boring couple in soapland. I wish they would bugger off to Watford or Stratford with Lisa. Loved the Rainie/Sonia/Stuart scenes. The "Ballum" Callum and Ben scenes were good and show promise.

The Mel and Sharon scenes were electric. I did smile at Rainie screaming "Let me out" in an undertakers.
I am pleased Ted is getting a happy ending with Wanda. I hope he does leave with her. It is a shame we did not get more of Ted and Joyce. When they came onto the square they showed so much promise.

"Sex or Death?" Line of the night goes to Sheree. Bernadette's face made me smile. I hope they don't turn Sheree or Wanda into a serial killer, that is too Hollyoaks.
Poor Callum, I just wanted to hug him. Ben really does care for him. The Bex storyline is building nicely and I enjoyed the Daniel and Jean scenes. A good Duff Duff with Ben.

It was a good episode up to the end, then completely spoilt, I did think it was a poor Duff Duff and could have been better. See the ending without music on Twitter and it is so much more dramatic.

The Martin and Sonia scenes were very good and Tanya Franks as Rainie, all I can say is "wow."
Ian is a deuce-bag with no redeeming qualities. And there was some nice little nuggets of comedy from Jean and Daniel.

The Panesar's have been a disappointment so far, although perhaps it is too early to judge? The actor playing Pound Shop Fatboy Jaggs is pretty ropy to be honest and he did make me cringe some what. I am glad Lola kicked him in the balls. Kheerat shows promise.
Why have they wasted the wonderful Ahmed's, such a shame.
Best part of the episode for me was the Princess scene with Ben and Lexi and Rainie is beyond brilliant. If soaps could dish out an Oscar Tanya Franks would be top of my list for sure.
Christ, Sonia never stops going on about Uni, I'm convinced that she wants Bex to go more than Bex herself wants to. It's been obvious for weeks now.
I did like the Jean and Kush scenes. Ben sending the wreath was sick but funny. After what Kathy has done I am not sure she is fit to look after Abi. Stuart is going to go Nuclear.

The best part of the episode were the scenes with Lisa and Sonia. Why did Ben not have any bruises from his beating? I love the side of Ben when he is being the father, the scenes with Lexi are lovely. The ending was random, it was as if they forgot to do an ending and thought this will have to do, cue the duff duff and music.
