Not sure what the laws are in the UK but in the US, if you are drunk or asleep you cannot/did not consent! So yes, it's rape.

Finished how? If he penetrated (with his penis, finger, etc.) her without her legal consent then it's rape. At least here in the US, I don't know what the legalities are in the UK.

The drunken state he was in, I would not think he was capable of the full sex act, but there is no doubt he sexually asaulted her.

Just caught up with last weeks episodes. Can Stephen's story get any more silly. Carla said her tea was too cowy, but Stephen put enough LSD in his tea that would kill a cow, compared to the amount he had been giving Carla. Yet he seemed to recover in a matter of hours, when he should have been tripping for at least a day. Then after the effort Debbie made to get him out of the room she and the cleaner just went off and left him and Elaine in the room, did they stay all night. How many more silly situations between now and Christmas?
