I have always supposed that "The Hop" is "The Hawksford Outdoor Pursuit Centre" where people, that we never see, do things, we never see, like mountain, biking, kayaking, swinging about in trees and maybe badly organized boot camping. "The Hide" is the on site bistro/cafe where only villagers go to drink coffee and chat, if they don't want Brenda eavesdropping. Both are supposed to earn money for Kim, although I seriously doubt they do.

It is also the place where confidential discussions/conversations take place .. bit like the Bistro or Speed Dahl, the Rovers in Weatherfield :moonie:

True - But still no people engaging in outdoor pursuits. No wonder Kim is so rich with all that coffee being drunk.

Would you want to do any outdoor activities there now after what happened there not so long ago which would have been in the news. :hmm:

Couldn't agree more. All concerned with this storyline are excellent and April is one of the best actors in Emmerdale. They should get her to give acting lessons to some of the others particularly Al.
