only two weeks left and my daughter will have her gastric bypass. I have asked my sister to be with me on the day as i will fall apart when they take my daughter to theatre. Going to Surrey tomorrow to drop of stuff to my son and show his dad his place. I did not take him on the first day as it would have been too much for him. Just sent him videos and photos throughout the day. He missed out poor thing.
sadly the job wasn't for me, they expected me to work alone,:angry: and run the small shop unsupervised,:thumbsdow also the training was by no means sufficient, no H&S, nobody told me where the fire exits where either!!!:searchme: I left after the first day. Happily the local recruitment agency have found me something else!!!:cheer:
Sorry to hear that .. maybe they did not want to overload you with information, starting somewhere new can be quite overwhelming for a couple of days until you get used to how things are done. Not only that but I have just completed writing my next book and sent it to my agent...until I decide to make even more amendments and revisions!

Loving using my blue badge, made parking so much easier at the library, normally as Im blind parking is the worst point of my driving experience now all I have to do now thou is avoid the trees and any other cars on the road and I will be tikkitie boo.
I applied for a disability badge for my husband. Its a nightmare right now as i will not let him drive following him collapsing on the street in July. That means i am picking and dropping him to medical appointments etc all the time. His friends are helping too. But it is really difficult when i have to get him to the front of buildings so he does not have to walk much. Anyway a few more days and my daughter will hopefully be having her operation. Just trying to avoid getting the flue right now is hard as there is a bug going around. If she gets flu/cold then they would cancel op.
My daughter had her gastric bypass a few hours ago. Its taken a while to get to this point. Such a relief.

I am caring for my daughter 24/7 right now after her operation. So many medicines and liquid diets i have to keep notes. She looks good and i look awful! Four of my friends are cooking for me now so i do not have to worry about the rest of the family. I started asking for help on Saturday when i so desperately needed it . I broke down in tears as i had been in hospital for a solid 14 hours and was worried about my husband and daughter at home who i also care for. But all is good now. I just hope my cat does not get me up at 2.30am like she did this morning! i think she is taking revenge as i was not around to pamper her for 3 days.

She did it again at 3am although i put dried food down to avoid this. Now i have to stand in the garden while she does her business. I have two fresh little trays for her in the house but no she wants to go outside first thing. I am sure this is aging me. I saw the sky turn a strange colour too .....scary. My sister has asthma so i hope she was ok as its dust from far off somewhere.
Cat Nip is my second suggestion, get the puddy cat stoned off its mind at bed time :ninja:
What was scary about yesterday was how many people didnt even notice the red yellow black sky! Too busy living a virtual world in their phones I guess come the Apocalypse they wont even notice the space monsters eating them.

A burger and a pint at Withespoons in Winchester for £7.49 .. bargain .. I let land lady come with me and bought her wine and a burger. .. well she had to pay 6 quid for her ticket while I used my bus pass so I had to make up for that... it was a good treat. Shes now watching Harry Potter as she says Winchester always reminds her of it...needless to say Im not watching ...bless her :ninja:

Got to volunteer drive today for cats protection. A woman is being evicted so has to give up her 3 cats. I saw in the news the other day the same thing was happening to a man and his dogs and rather than live without them he took his life. Apparently the Council would not let take his dogs to his new flat. People do not realise pets are like family.
